Very poor customer service. Drove an hour to get there, met with a salesperson who didn't seem very motivated. We pointed out an issue with the tires and he tried to tell us we were wrong...even though my husband is an ASE certified tech. Told us he would reach out on Monday and never did. We called and left messages but no return call. We were still interested at this point, so we called the sales manager asking for more information and a follow-up. He seemed genuinely interested in helping us. But again...crickets. No deals, no communication, nothing. My husband has worked for almost 2 decades at dealerships and was shocked at the lack of communication. We will not be returning and will not recommend to anyone. It was a waste of our time, even though we were very motivated to purchase.

After a run around with a car that’s been on their lot since May I would not attempt buying a car from them going forward stinks that my credit was run with false hood of being able to beat my banks rate.

We just bought a Cadillac from this dealership after having dealt with 2 other locations that were rude and dishonest. However, Kutztown and Gary were responsive, accommodating, and honest!! We recommend this dealership and would make the drive again, if needed!! Thank you, Kutztown and Gary!!

I have to say that I just purchased a used Cadillac ct6 from this company and they are, without doubt, the most accommodating car dealer i ever worked with. My salesman, Jerry Sylvester is as honest and straightforward as you could imagine. He made the process easy and straightforward without all the BS that happens during most car dealings. He tells it honestly and there aren't any new surprises when you go to finalize the deal. I had a unique experience as I had purchased a car 3 mos earlier which was fine but turned out to be too small for me. When I called about it they went out of their way to find me a larger model and priced it to recognize my dilemma. I will always buy a car here and Jeremy was outstanding!!

I dealt with a specific salesman (whose names I'll keep anonymous), about the 2016 Chevrolet Malibu I was interested in. I was only allowed to drive the car on the lot and not off the lot due to covid-19, which makes no sense, because why allow me to drive it at all? I asked him for an invoice -- sends me one without an interest rate. I asked him what would my interest rate be? Tells me, it would be 8.89% (72 months, $219 monthly payment, car is listed at $11,988.00) and that's the best rate I could get anywhere. Complete bs. Considering, the Federal Reserve cut interest rates 3 times in 2019. Plus, I have excellent credit. Here are two other false statements he made: - I never had a loan before (I have several loans in name) - I have no credit card established (I had a credit card for 6 years) They called me back and said they found better rates and my payments would be under $200 monthly. But they didn't see that the first time when they ran my credit? Overall, the whole thing was sketchy and rushed, and I wouldn't recommend this dealership to anyone. This sounds like a dealership that likes to price gouge customers, and lack honesty. The salesman must've thought I was a cretin person, when it came to finances. But I'm glad I found a better malibu at another dealership (Videon Chevrolet of Phoenixville), who were more honest, authentic, and proved me a better interest rate than this dealership.
