I had a severe sore throat. Went there two times , spent a $65 copay each time. I was coughing up thick phlegm and my ears where clogged. They told me it's viral and they refused to give me antibiotics. Going on 3 weeks now and I'm worse than ever. Going somewhere else today and won't be returning there.

If you have a cyst, do not go here. They do not know how to treat you and will end up making it worse and prescribing the wrong medication. Not to mention the painkillers they prescribed me were the same strength as Advil and did absolutely nothing for me. Will never go here again.

Made me feel like my medical concern was unwarranted. Meanwhile they were celebrating 2 staff birthdays while I waited for an express care appointment. Cancelled my follow up appt with my PCP without asking me because they thought I was taken care of already. No one I saw seem to give a crap and wanted to rush me out, even with a poorly fitted shoe to aid in pain of broken toes which they first told me were not broken at all. The. Later called me and told me they were. Considering leaving this practice all together over this experience. Staff doesn't care at all about your well being, just a pay check I guess.

Positives about my experience here: They saw me early, even though I was early for my appointment. Negatives: Even though there was a sign on the front door saying temperatures would be taken upon entering, didn't happen. Also, themedical receptionist got my birthdate incorrect, and did not copy my driver's license.
