Though we were "fired" as patients at your Vet practice, I wanted to provide you an update on Sammie. We had found a vet that did the procedure that we trusted your practice to do with the lump on Sammie's face. They were able to remove 3/4 of the lump, but unfortunately, the other 1/4 of the lump was too close to her eye for them to take a chance and remove. They couldn't understand how another practice hadn't seen the lump. They thought that maybe they would have to remove two teeth in order to get to the lump, but luckily they didn't have to.They sent the lump out for biopsy. We got the results a few days ago. The biopsy came back that Sammie has cancer. I can't help but wonder if we would have done something when I brought her to you and trusted her to you back in November if we could have removed the entire thing at that point and maybe the outcome would be different today.Yes, we are devastated with this news. This is the same lump that everyone at your practice said was "fine" and you didn't even notice it. It was cancer.We trusted you with our dog and you completely left us down. There is nothing that we can do for our Sammie except enjoy her for as long as we have her. My hope is that you don't take lightly someone else's trust when you see their beloved pet. Please be more careful with the next person. It may be just a job for you and another animal to you, but to that family, it is their family. Our family is broken right now and you played a part in that.I guess on the bright side. Sammie will get to cross the rainbow bridge soon with clean teeth. And like you said to my wife, we paid you for "Services Rendered". Even if the services weren't what we trusted you to do. I hope our $500 was worth it.Please don't let the next family suffer like we are.

I HIGHLY recommend Dr. DiLella and her staff. The love, attention and service they give their furry customers is incredible. I wish human drs and their staff were as wonderful

Dr. Corey, Lisa and Kathy are a dream team of kindness, compassion and expertise. They helped us to navigate some very critical and urgent needs for our cat, Paisley. They knew when her care was beyond their capabilities and referred us to an emergency hospital that literally revived our cat (she was in cardiac arrest by the time we arrived). 6 months after our cats’ incident she has a cleared bill of health by the DiLella team and we are so glad she’s still here with us today because of their expertise and advisory. They also take great care of our other cat PJ and always offer us tips to enhance our cat’s livelihood! We love this clinic and their hearts to care for our family pets!!

Our dog presented with a lump on her cheek in Nov 2023. They WAITED till Jan 2024 to get her in where they proceeded to do nothing but clean her teeth. We never wanted our 12 year old dogs teeth cleaned, we wanted her lump addressed. They never bothered to biopsy or x-ray the lump. The proceeded to write on here that they "fired us" for our behavior. Umm, we were NEVER coming back. As a pet owner, its your job to seek vet care. We did that elsewhere with a more competent office. Now we wait for biopsy results. Dr. DiLella seems to think we the pet owners are in the wrong. If you were not equipped to handle our situation, you should have notified us instead of wasting our pets time and $. Her health is at stake thanks to you were it could have been addressed sooner than later.

Dr. Della and her staff took beautiful care of my beloved 12 yr old GSD, whom had a massive tumor and her hips were going out and she had lumps throughout her body. The way they laid her to rest was most beautiful peaceful thing I've ever saw and I have put many pets to rest prior. They sedated her first where I was able to talk to her where she was able to lay next to me and when the time came to put her to sleep and let her cross over they still left me gently talk to her and they left me spend as much time as I wanted with her. I had her privately cremated and when I got her back she was sent in the most beautiful box I've ever seen along with a certificate a placard that goes on the box and a card with little seeds that you can plant. I have never been treated with so much respect nor have I ever seen an animal be treated with such respect when it's their time to cross the rainbow bridge. I only wish I would have known this doctor and her services prior to my dog getting sick because I'm sure I'd still have my GSD by my side because I believe this doctor would have taken beautiful care of her. I can't brag enough about the services here and if I ever get another pet I am definitely coming back here, but right now it's only been a month since my dog crossed over so I need time to heal but again the doctor and her staff are phenomenal. Thank you again for everything you did for me and my pet ?

When our long time vet moved out of the area a few years ago I was desperate to find a vet that did house calls. Dr. DiLella provided this service, and so much more. She is caring, and knowledgeable. I was most appreciative of her veterinary approach last year when our cat Maisey was dying. All treatments were weighed into her quality of life.

We love this place! A great vet and assistants. They take good care of all my animals. These are my new babies. I have 2 more cats and also a dog! I wouldn't go to anyone else!

They said my dog was perfectly healthy when in fact he had a major seizure the night after he got his allergy shot which didn't look like the rest his typical one is clear but this one was cloudy and she said it was the same shot the night after he had a major seizure. They also said he is perfectly healthy when he lost 10 pounds in 3 weeks they did a blood test almost every week just thinking that something would pop up when nothing did a month later he died of cancer and a bleed they were always very shady DO NOT GO HERE EVER I very much so recommend willow creek vet they are very nice!

Dr.Corey and Lisa are an expert team. Excellent care of the many cats I have brought to them over the years. Persistent in finding resolutions to medical issues that arise in a cat sanctuary.Kathy and Kelly are great as well.

My dog Antoinette is a difficult customer and the staff has alot patience & skills navigating her quirks and high energy. Always very quick and efficient - my favorite vet since moving to the area!
