I ordered a new washer and dryer on Saturday and it was delivered by Tuesday. The guys who brought it in had a very hard time due to the old house with narrow doors, but the persevered and got the old units out and the new ones in. The service was great both over the phone and in person. Highly recommend

Just wanted to sent a heart felt thank you to "Clarks" and "Jeff". We bought a new TV today, thought I could set it up myself...BUT, was so very wrong. Jeff tried to help me on the phone, I was just way too confused, between the two remotes and the cable box. He at the end of his day, came down, was as kind, helpful and explained everything. He even, took a few of the options off the remote, so my husband wouldn't get to confused and keep hitting the wrong buttons. If I could give them a 10 star rating, I would!

I love Clarks! Their service people are always able to help me figure out what’s wrong with my appliances, and often give advice how to fix it myself. They’ve made a faithful customer out of me- I’m always buying my appliances from them :).

Just had our fridge delivered today. Have been going to Clark’s since I was a kid. Tracy is so helpful, so nice and knowledgeable about all of their products. We would never purchase an appliance elsewhere.

Jeffrey:I spoke at length to Whirlpool Management. Since the unit is 100% in full warranty for all parts and labor they have determined that the unit should be repaired vs replaced. I discussed the conversation that you had with their consumer experience team misleading you to believe that your unit is a three year old lemon. They apologized for the misunderstanding and have agreed to comp you a complete 5 year DOP extended service contract to offset your peace of mind. Our technicians topline diagnosis leads to one of two parts a season and or a board. The plan for next steps would be to order both parts and arrange for service, repair and monitor the units performance.
