Delivery is fast and have no problems. Never had any problems with them. Office personnel are always helpful and polite.

Called for oil pricing, and was promptly informed of a good price but when questioned about another companies price was lower and your website saying you would try to meet or beat any competitor price they promptly hung up..... off to the competitor I go.2 stars for the polite phone skills.

This company has really gone downhill since choosing them in 2019. We have purchases over $2K worth of heating oil since then & held off on a bad review for the last delivery in January 2022 because they spoke with my husband and decided to apologize for his oil delivery driver who was CAUGHT SPEAKING TRASH ABOUT US CONSUMERS. Here we are less than a month later and out of oil? Very odd so I called to speak with the office manager Steve who so nicely rectified the situation before and in front of my husband told the delivery man "You got caught so now you deal with them". Today, the abrasive receptionist states I cannot talk to the manager, leave him a voicemail, or Email - but said I can speak with another lady "Who won't be as nice as Steve". I asked for my name/# be passed along to him and she gives me a call back 2 minutes later stating I MAKE DECISIONS OVER STEVE - YOU CANT TALK TO HIM! WE CANT SERVICE YOUR ACCOUNT NOW SINCE YOU SAID YOU WOULD RATE US ON GOOGLE. No problem - I actually have video where the last delivery man was playing on his phone while pumping oil and will be filing a complaint with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission!

I have used Breezy for the past few years for my heating oil. When I called to schedule a service, the woman who answered the phone was extremely rude and unprofessional because I asked a few questions. I usually call, schedule a service, they charge my card, and it's done. I was told this time that they cannot tell me when they would be in the area. It could be within the week and that they cannot lock me in with a rate. But they would charge my card now and then charge it again on the day of service if the rate changed. I was initally confused and asked for clarification since I have never done business like this with them before and was told by the woman on the phone that the "owner" (female I overheard in the background) said I should go elsewhere. I explained that they're customer service is awful when all I had were a few questions. The lady then said she had tons of calls and wasn't going to keep talking so "what did I want to do." I told her that they are losing my business to which they don't care. I'm extremely disappointed in the customer service but was happily able to schedule service with a competitor that was accommodating and kind. Had I checked the reviews already written, I would have known that this is a common practice for them. It's a shame but my business will go to a kinder and more professional provider going forward. Learn from this Breezy before you continue to lose customers.

This company has the worst customer service imaginable. I called for towing services at 9:38 AM and when it was 10:40 AM no one showed up. So I called these guys again and waited another hour so it's 11:40 AM AMD still nobody showed up. So I call again and they say it'll be a 30 minute wait. So it's a little after 12:15 and I finally get a call from someone there (who doesn't know to work a GPS) go to the wrong location or just completely disregard my emergency so I call for them again about 4 more times and all I got was the voicemail saying their inbox was full. This is a completely unprofessional company and instead of doing anything about this they'll just get rid of this review

Love, love , love them! Breezy Park shows that you can be a viable small business without gouging your customers. The delivery guys are always friendly, and they are always out on the day that they promise. Thanks for keeping my family warm each winter. You are a godsend!
