Horrible company that does not take responsibility if your pet becomes ill after ingesting their products. My dog became deathly ill after ingesting their goat milk. His vet at one point thought he wouldn’t make it because he couldn’t control the vomiting and bloody diarrhea. Thank goodness after 4 days of IV treatments and sleepless nights my dog started to improve. When I reached out to Answers pet food they put the blame on me and my dog, stating that my dog probably had circovirus that he got at a dog park or kennel, which my dog never went to and and without a doubt them trying to deny any responsibility. The truth of the matter is that my dog became sick within 24 hrs of ingesting their goat milk, that was the only thing new in his diet. I felt horrible that I bought this product for my dog that nearly killed him and even after my dog recovered his Gi tract was never the same. I spent over $1,000 on vet bills, but what hurts me the most is the pain my dog went through. The women Jacqueline who I corresponded with was horrible, she should not be customer facing. I would be cautious trying these products. A good company stands behind their customers and takes responsibility if issues arise. This company just blamed the customer and washed their hands clean of any responsibility. This happened a few years ago, but I was looking through my emails I found the back and fourth emails and decided it was time to post a review to warn other pet owners.

This WAS a good company when the sisters owned it--it was their brain child, their creation before the ex-husband stole it. Now it just engages in petty, unethical behavior. Buy Kure, y'all, it belongs to Jackie and Roxanne, the original creators of Answers.

I appreciate the transparency Answers offers. I feed my two boys Answers products and it has only improved their lives! The goats milk is a game changer. Awesome products, thank you!

Hi why are you shutting out other good businesses while selling your inferior product that seems very low quality? Its grey and disgusting. Suing reputable companies and putting great farmers out of business? Do your homework people many more better local choices just do a search it’s plain as day. Will be watching this court case

Incredible company with incredible owners! Their products work absolute wonders and I buy all of the liquids. It’s gotten incredibly hard on the West Coast to find goats milk, cow kefir, fish stock and turkey stock but I get whatever I can. I truly hope this company lives on forever and becomes the dominant force in the market❤️

There is nothing better you can do for your dog! I'm constantly on my soap box trying to get people to switch to Answers. The research and science behind their products is top notch.. Stop falling for other companies with cute or 'natural' looking packaging and buy something that is actually good for your dog.

I switched my 9 yr fussy eater Japanese Chin and my 14yr old Pug to Answers a few months ago. My Japanese Chin now eats every last bite of it with the raw goats milk and my Pug acts like a puppy again! Their eyes are clear without the tear stains and their ears are clean. Their coats are soft as well. Thank you Answers for caring and making the best food for our fur babies ❤️

Love this food for my Frenchi. Ive been giving it to her for about 6 months. We noticed her calm down within days of giving her this diet with goats milk. My only complaint is the cost. We will be taking her off of it. We will be cooking meals for her. If the price would come down to a more reasonable costs. I was paying $214 for 40 lbs which is supposed to last 80 days. One log isnt lasting 7 days at 8 oz a day of meals.BUT

The dog supplements are amazing. And the customer service is top notch. I saw a presentation in Wisconsin and I was convinced to try it. My Dogs love the milk (cow and goat)!! More than food. Lol. I moved to Alaska sadly I can’t get it shipped here and it’s not sold here. However, I emailed them with what to do for an alternative and they replied fast with a very long thoughtful and helpful answer. Love these guys!
