Shelley has been the only person i have let cut my hair for as long as I can remember but everyone there is great! They are quick to get you in if you need an appointment quickly, you prepay for your next appt. Everyone is super friendly! The ladies do great hair! I highly recommend this place! They are not overpriced like other places! They do just about everything hair wise including extensions, perms, coloring, highlights etc. You need an updo, going from long to short.. short to long, no problem They have you covered! I'll say this.. I'm super picky about my haircut because I keep it short all around but a bit chunkier in places in the front with my bangs longer and blended in.. Shelley has never once complained about my pickiness, after about 20 years she's used to it lol! My hair is super thick and she thins it out to my liking! All the ladies are super friendly! I won't go anywhere else, even though gas is what it is and this place is a good 30 minutes from me, it's worth it!

Been going to Tangled Up for a few years now and my family and I won't go anywhere else. The ower and staff are just so wonderful. They really listen to what you like and they do your hair just right.

My mother in law doesn’t speak much English but Shelley did not let that get in the way of making her feel special and cutting and highlighting her hair just the way she wanted. She was so comfortable and relaxed that she dozed off a couple times! She is beyond happy with it. Thank you again! You girls are the best!

Was up in Richland and went to a few different salons to get my hair cut. They all said they couldn’t do it until way later in the day, while they had girls outside smoking. I called tangled up and they got me in that same day, cut my hair, did my eyebrows, and took me earlier than my appt. I will definitely go back to them

Erica does an amazing job. She listens to what you want. She has done my hair for years from color, extensions, or just a hair cut. Everyone is very nice, and polite. She works with my crazy schedule. Cheyenne did my daughters hair for the first time and she was also wonderful to work with! I highly recommend tangled up! (Picture of my daughters hair).
