“Dollar general is a nice store. They have just about everything you need. I like the products too. The prices are reasonable as well. What bothers me though, in every single store in this particular chain in my area, the isles are overcrowded with items and you can't get through. It looks messy and unkempt. It's also a safety hazard. My suggestion is to always remove ladders during working hours. Create a better shelving display so that items aren't on the floor and customers can actually view the products. What frustrates me the most is when I'm waiting and calling out for a cashier to help check me out. I also don't like when employees get snippy. I understand they get understaffed but you don't take it out on the customers. I believe one cashier should stay behind the counter at all times. Finally, never disrespect an employee by chastising them in front of customers. This causes humiliation with your employees and it makes management look bad. If you have an issue, wait until you have a free moment and take them to a private place where you can calmly explain what it is they are doing wrong. It's not very professional to lose your cool with an employee in front of customers. That is just poor work ethic.”
“Just wanted to let everyone know the DG in Karns City is the best there is! Not your typical Dollar General. It is always very clean and organized. Management is top notch and employees are always very friendly.”

The DG market employees will gladly help you and direct you to the exact location that the product you are looking for will be.”
“This Dollar General located on RT 356 heading north into Butler, is a Godsend to folks in the surrounding area!! Easy to access , lots of parking, nice clean well stocked store. Keep in mind at this critical time , in our history, there are some things are in high demand and may not be there. However supply trucks arrive often and help to meet these new demands, be patient... God Bless Dollar General and the dear folks that work there . “I love dollar General. Never had any issues except with bread and bagels. Seems like that can go really quick at certain locations. Never have to wait in line that long and they always have great deals.”
