“Remede and it's coaches is def a different type of gym. It's a gym of all ages, shapes and sizes. Men and women working together for their own goals. The coaches CORRECT your form and work with you. They modify for you if you have any issues. The gym and people are welcoming! It's the type of gym that doesn't look for your wallet first! They all care about you and your goals no matter what they are. They motivate and push you to what you can do. I'm almost 50 and I know I do t compete with the 20+ year olds. The difference is we work together and there is no place like this. Don't get me wrong the classes are great and challenging. Strength class and Yoga are amazing as well.
