I would never recommend anyone to use this body shop!
I had a simple scratch on my drivers door and I contacted this body shop to get it respray.
They told me to wait 20 days and when I came they asked me to come back in 2 weeks because they "changed their schedule".
They took my car on monday and gave it back on friday. 4 days to respray one door...This is just ridiculous.
They painted my door with at least 5 dust spots...Now I'm gonna have to do a correction myself.
They scratched my rear bumper and even my front bumper! Obviously they denied it...But I have a brand new car with ceramic coating...And there were no scratches when I left the car.
And to destroy my day completely...They didn't connect my mirror on the driver's side! Now I can't even adjust my driver's side mirror!
They charged me 830$...Honestly you can get a better result by DIY. For this amount of money you can get all the necessary equipment.
I'm writing this comment because I want to save other people from bad service.
They say they work untill 5 pm but in reality they don't pick up the phone after 4pm.

Rob and his men are truly professionals and craftsmen. An auto body shop is not a place you want to have to go, but if you do have to, Village is the place to go! Rob is thorough and works well with insurance companies, and you won’t be waiting forever to get your car back.
