Family dollar is a good store. Planet fitness is a good place, not too crowded. Trevose pizza is the best, no matter what you order. Primo holiest are good, but there will he a wait. Rite Aid is in the parking lot.

As for the shopping center as a whole, it has a little of everything:•TJ Maxx•Acme•Five Below•Liberty Thrift (amazing store!)•Staples•Dollar Tree•Burlington Coat Factory•Citizen’s Bank (located inside Acme)•Wells Fargo•Arby’s•Taco Bell•Urgent Care•Wawa•David’s BridalThe set up of the strip is a bit bizarre/is awful having to maneuver as far as getting in & out (particularly on Bustleton; Wawa is the worst! — one gigantic clusterf*ck!)As far as the real estate/location goes, the strip is in a superbly ideal spot:•about 2.5 mi from Parx Casino•about 1.5 mi from Neshaminy Mall/AMC 24•about 5-6 mi from Interstate-95•about 1.5 mi from Target, Home Depot, Walmart, & Lowe’s•about 2.5 mi from the PA State Police Barracks•about 3.5-4 mi from city limits of NE Philadelphia (accessible via Bustleton Ave. ➡️ Byberry Rd. ➡️ Woodhaven Rd. ➡️ 95 •OR• Bustleton Ave. all the way through, which leaves you at Frankford Terminal where the road ends •OR• Street Rd. ➡️ Old Lincoln Hwy ➡️ Roosevelt Blvd.)•across Street Road from a Panera Bread, Halloween Adventure, Brunswick Zone, UPS, GameStop, Bank of America, Dunkin’ Donuts, etc.•right next to the Post Office‼️‼️Considering the amount of draw in a very small radius, ALWAYS prepare for SOME kind of traffic!!! ‼️‼️
