My benefits specialist, Patty Kim, was great. It was super easy to enroll and then unenroll. There are many different coverage options to suit your needs and price range. I had been laid off and she helped me find the best coverage needed for the interim. Thankfully I did not need coverage for long as I found a job pretty quickly but knowing I had coverage in the meantime took a big weight off my shoulders.

My wife and I abruptly had a change of insurance status. We were referred to Total Benefit Solution. Ed and his staff are amazing. We were so scared of this change, but they were so nice and were able to reassure us everything would be ok. They were able to help my wife and I find the right Medicare Advantage plan that's suits our needs. They always make themselves available at anytime to answer any follow up questions. Service does not stop after you sign up for a plan.
Jacqueline in the office was great to work with also. She is so nice and welcoming and genuinely wants to help. I am glad we found Total Benefit Solutions.
