Why does the store look like Vikings looted it damn near bare? Someone said "we're not getting products in" I have a real sneaking suspicion the place is going to lock it's doors for good in the near future. Had to give a star to ask this question.

The people are friendly, but they never have what I need in stock and have stopped automatically refilling prescriptions.
Lately, it has been depressing walking in there and seeing the empty shelves. For the people who work here (and customers who depend on this pharmacy), I hope the store can survive.

Never mind the negativity, this place is great! They’re always well stocked and have sales regularly. Their seasonal section is very reasonably priced, especially after the discounts! Also, super convenient location right in front of a great shopping center on Brownsville road!

I’ve been there several times and I’ve had different people at drive thru. And they all are absolutely rude and miserable. I am calling our Union Hall to go back to CVS. I never get my meds on the 1st try . I always have to come back even after they call and say it’s ready. My husband had a script for Oxycodone due to having shingles and there was supposed to be a 40plus pills and he only got 21. Luckily he caught it. I’m over this incompetent pharmacy.

Carl back in the pharmacy very welcoming and friendly, also helps with information of scripts even told me a story ! Nice to know haven’t dealt with a nice person in that store in sich a long time! Thanks to Carl I will be returning!!!

I made an appointment online to get the Noravax vaccine. It was an option for this location. I went to my appointment and was told I could not get that vaccine. They tried to get me to change it to Pfizer or moderna. Which is not what I wanted nor what my doctor wants for me. I ended up walking out without my vaccine. And went to CVS instead. I was told that all locations have this vaccine and they probably did not want to open the vial. So they've lost my business over this.

I pulled into the drive through to pick up medications for delivery at 3 minutes prior to 1:30pm. They closed the gates, ignored me and vanashed. I drove my car away and did a loop around where I saw the pharmacist re-emerge eating a sandwich because he thought the cost was clear. Bums!

The manager had the nerve to kick me out because something fell that wasn't even my fault. Blamed me for something I didn't do. The bald man needs to get his attitude right as well as his store. Never getting my business again.

Oh. Where is the customer service in the pharmacy. Forget about asking a question. They don’t have time to talk or even great you with a smile. They seemed overwhelmed. I just want to ask one question. Every time I start , I get cut off and minimized. I tried to pay for items at the pharmacy. I was told I can not pay for them until my prescription is ready. There are not stressed for Covid shots. Just customer service. Today I called rite aid to ask if I can do a western Union. They said yes. Come in. I take a 20$ Uber. I get to rite aid they tell me they can not do my western Union. The manager didn’t want to help me. He told me to go to Walmart. The customer service is getting worse at this location.
