Went in to get name tags for my dogs. Girl who checked me out walked me to the tag stand then talked me through how to make me tags. She was wonderful.

Bad experience here I was running late due to traffic was told I had a 15m grace period I got there right on time appointment was 12:15 got there 12:29 exactly was told to wait outside cause there was another dog in the room was outside for 5m before I was let in for them to tell me they can’t take my appointment because I was “past” my grace period of 15m witch I wasn’t and they were “to busy” but online still had appointments available seems to me they just didn’t want to do it was giving lazy I will not be coming here anymore they have lost my Buisness and I was a regular here

Have really stepped up their game in the fish department. What once used to be artificially decorated aquariums are now geared towards more serious aquascapers. Nice selection of healthy fish and plants. Have truly surpassed and buried Petsmart in every way. Now it is time for petco to step up their dog training game. I'll be waiting.

Took our dogs here for years - all of sudden they were unable to finish our one dogs grooming and literally called us and sent him home half groomed. Now, their website even refuses to let me book ANY of our dogs (because our one dog apparently was extra- their words - not mean, just moved a lot?!?!) Meanwhile, our dogs are probably the most calm loving dogs. Oh yea - the one they said they couldn’t handle, the yorkie, is actually a state certified therapy dog, and now gets groomed perfectly fine at a local groomer.
