No one ever wants to be afraid for their animal's health or visit an animal hospital unexpectedly but Dr. Andrew Nelson was awesome and made the experience bearable. He was kind and direct and has an overall calming energy that is especially needed in that environment. I'm glad that my cat was in his hands! I'm happy to report she is doing great today.
