There's one really, very helpful salesperson. However the lady behind the counter need a class in customer service. Not friendly. If i'm your customer, you should be nice because honestly that nasty attitude makes me not ever wanna go back. They have a great selection for decent price. And if you want a bad attitude, this is your store.

I recently purchased a modest quantity of flooring from this local company and ended up with two extra, unopened boxes. When I tried to return them, the staff informed me that they couldn't process a refund but offered store credit instead. The credit amounted to $100. I suggested that they transfer the credit to my in-law's account, as they were planning to buy kitchen cabinets from the same store. However, the assistant's response was dismissive: "He won't do that."Feeling that the credit would be of no use to me, I chose to leave it behind and take the flooring home, considering I might find a use for it eventually. Given that I live nearby, I have often recommended this store to others undertaking home renovations. It's astonishing to me that a small business like this would risk losing potential thousands in future sales over a mere $100. As a result of this experience, I will no longer patronize this store, nor will I endorse it to others.

High quality products, but service/communication is terrible.Called asking for a specific size vanity, talked to three different people who all told me three different things and prices. After coming in person and finally agreeing to a specific vanity, they told me it would be a four week wait for them to get the drawers cut to size. After four weeks, I went to pick it up and they had custom ordered the completely wrong vanity with no drawers at all. I pointed this out, and they said no problem. We already have that in stock come back tomorrow….Also when I originally paid, they told me I had to pay an extra $100 to get the drawers cut to size by the manufacturer. When I went to pick it up the second time, they said they cut their drawers in house and I should not have been charged $100. So unorganized I don’t know how they run a business.In the end, I was able to get this vanity for the new bathroom, which ended up looking good. But awful experience overall.

They post some of their items on Facebook… I called about an item. I asked if they can do a visual check of the item to verify the size, slide position, and brand of door…. I travel two hours and it is the completely wrong product. They don’t have any explanation, excuse or anything. they just apologized… these people play with your time and your money and the door that I was going to purchase I found brand new at Lowe’s for cheaper than they offered. Also, I noticed some of the vanities were infested with mouse droppings. I’m going to stay away from this store.?

I only passed by this store but it came up on my Google review notifications. I can't give any personal fredback but I have heard good feedback from family and friends. Also I don't live in a house so not much reason to shop here unless I am with someone. This one is located at Bucks Crossing on Street Rd. Feasterville.

TERRIBLE!!!! Spent $1,200 on a vanity a tower. After receiving, found a lot of damage to bottom of units. The REFUSE to do anything about it. What kind of place does not care about the quality of their products. I work for a restoration company and we would have started purchasing there frequently. Instead I'm writing this poor review and calling the Better Business Bureau.I would DETER anyone from going there, plus they were jerks!!

If I could rate ZERO stars that would be the preference. Went in the store. Not a soul said hello or can I help you, or is there anything you need help with just let us know. I'm in the construction business. My husband is a contractor, my 4 brothers have construction businesses. My money isn't good here I guess. I'm big on customer service. If I'm not greeted or acknowledged I'm not spending my money at that establishment. Period.

Horrible customer service I call on the phone to ask if they had a certain medicine cabinet I was looking for and the wonderful person on the other end was very uncourteous and acted as if I was a bother to her never again !!!!

Ordered kitchen cabinets and granite. Told would be in 7-10 days. 5 weeks later cabinets where in. Spice cabinet broken. Missing 2 upper cabinets. Was told I was to blame repeatedly. I've been building kitchens for 25 years for your own sake stay away from this company. Countertop installers had to come back 3xs to fix issues

Their prices for the sink vanities are a rip-off and double/triple prices from home depot or any stores. Found the same sink vanity for half price less at home depot and we are stuck spending their price with store credits. They don't do refunds on cash. Store credit only.

This store is THE WORST. We ordered a 72 inch double bowl vanity two weeks ago Saturday. Total price of over $1,800. We were told that the vanity would be delivered the following Friday. We arranged our contractor’s work around the arrival of the vanity. That Thursday we received a call that our vanity had been sold and delivered to someone with a similar last name and that we would need to wait another two weeks for the vanity to be ordered and delivered. We were told that our only other option was to cancel the order. When we asked to speak to the owner or manager we were told no. When we asked to have the delivery fee waived because of their mistake and the extra cost we had to incur because of their mistake we were told no. The owner is a spineless coward who refuses to speak to customers on the phone. The staff is incredibly rude and couldn’t care less about their customers. This place is a horror show and if you do business there, you need to have your head examined. Buyer beware. We ended up ordering the exact same item from Home Depot on sale for $800 less with free delivery. It was very satisfying canceling the order from this s*** hole.

Avoid at all cost!!! Will tell you anything to get your money and then deny what you were told when you have a problem. Promise you the world till they have your money!Know that YOU are responsible for any delivery to your home. PA will not be responsible for any damage done by his delivery people. Owner denied responsibility, refused reimbursement for damage “ because his delivery person said they didn’t do damage.”
