Tom Boyd is a professional through and through. He answers his phone, is responsive and does a free in- home estimate which is so helpful. He did a move for me September 9 and Tom and his crew were awesome. They treat your belongings like they are your own, are friendly and hard working. You can’t best their price either. Quality work low price and good people- what more can you ask for? I highly recommend Metro Moving and Storage and would hire them again.

Ashley was awesome! When the lock I purchased there was fighting a little to let go of the key she was on top of it replacing it. Showed me everything I would need, even called after I did everything online to see if I knew roughly what time I would be stopping up so she can make sure she was at the desk and not doing other job duties. Would recommend her and metro also!

I used Metro Moving for a move and I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Tom and his crew! They were so helpful and friendly. They handled everything with care and were so professional. Anyone who is moving should definitely give Tom a call!

This facility is decent. I like that I can drive right up to my sight. My major issue is the constant rate hikes that I have endured over the past couple of years. The rate for my unit has gone up 4 times. It is now $40 more than they are advertising online for the same exact unit type. I guess they're counting on people to endure their gouging rather than going through the hassle of moving their stuff.
