“I had to get my fingerprints done here for work. This is the second or third time I've been here for prints this time was fantastic! I had Michelle today and I was in and out. I've never had prints done so effortlessly before. The last two times I was here the other woman was sweet but it took a bit to get the prints right. Not Michelle, she is definitely the best”
“Whenever we have a package to return to Amazon, we always use this office in Warminster. Everyone here is friendly and courteous and we find it convenient and fast. If I cant bring the package to the store, my husband takes it and he gladly does it because there’s never a problem. I’m happy for the convenience and service.”

“On South York Road in Hatboro, north of Mooreland Ave, and five 5) store fronts south of Produce Junction is the UPS Store and County Line Pharmacy rolled into one. They provide all the services expected of a UPS store. There’s mailboxes located in the store, with printers. They accept Comcast, Peco, Ace PGW bill payments, sell money orders, PA lottery tickets and 99 cent greeting cards.There’s metered parking in front- an hour for a quarter, and parking in the rear of the store. The staff is friendly, helpful, efficient, and professional. “Prompt, Curious Service” is what’s stated on the store’s window front. At this UPS Store location, that’s exceeded.”
“ive been here multiple times within this month. its the holiday season and giving gifts to friends/family across the states (and even so far into canada) usually causes a lot of troubles each year. ive been to a few stores/postal services but this one is so close and has been very reliable so far. workers from other places get visibly upset when i notice i need to file through customs with them; this store, and the workers more specifically, have been extremely patient and willing to help me through any issue and problem. in this past two weeks i have been here twice (so far) and both times i was met with a worker named Johnathan (i hope i spelled his name right.) He has been so kind towards me and has the desire to help. even if i dont know what all of these abbreviations mean, or know a lot about how packages are shipped, i always feel welcomed when i go to this store. thank you for being so cooperative and compassionate, this goes to all of the workers here. i wish you all a warm holiday and a safe new year <3”
“Came in for identogo service. There was a little bit of a line but the lady processing them was the only one working. She was working very quickly and she couldn't have been nicer so I didn't mind waiting a few minutes. Ive gotten this done at AAA twice before and it's taken far longer even with nobody in front of me. Will definitely come back here for this service if I need it again in the future.”

“I had a fingerprinting appointment that started with a hitch because the company didn't send the code in my email. Jimmy stepped up right away and was so very helpful and genuinely friendly. He made sure I was able to complete the process correctly from beginning to end. I was very appreciative of his help.
While I was there, quite a few customers came in. Jimmy greeted all of them in a welcoming manner and seemed to know many by name. Clearly, he cares about the business and his customers. “The older man who I think runs the place is very nice and when he’s around the service is super friendly and fast. Since my last review the staff have improved. The people who work there are nice. Returning Amazon packages here is a breeze and to get receipt is very quick and convenient (because Amazon messes up sometimes). Notary service good when the man is there, Never saw notary do that before. Mostly always a Very pleasant place to take care of package sending, returns, and to get notary service. They do everything with mailing, packing, copying etc. Very convenient location, lots of close by parking for a quick transaction and other stores nearby to do errands in that center.”
“Jan 27th about 2 PM, I walked in, dropped off my package, got my receipt and walked out. That should easily be a five star review, but unfortunately the girl behind the counter seemed absolutely miserable. I've never had to use this service before so I wanted to make sure I was doing it right, but she basically ignored me. The guy that was behind the counter (and involved in something else) jumped in to answer my questions, so that was cool. I value efficiency and quality far higher than customer service, and I know how customers can be...but that was the first time I was in this store, and I'm not exactly looking forward to going back.”

The only woman working was able to get through the 3 customers in front of me quickly and easily. I thought it was going to take forever, since that’s normally my experience at other UPS stores.
