I've been going here for pool supplies for the last 10 years. They always inform you about any discounts, always provide recommendations on pool products and chemicals. Never try to upsell you anything and really take their time to make sure all customers are happy. I've met several people at that store that eventually became friends of family. Thank you for the hard work.

Have been shopping at this store for 20 years. Always get friendly and competent services. The managers at this store in particular have always been top notch... before being promoted or snagged by competition. Current manager Jack is no exception. Kudos for being a neighborhood resource to me for 20 years!

John the Manager at Leslies in Trevose, PA is fantastic. He goes above and beyond to help me. He is so knowledgeable, helpful, and kind. I always get first class advice and assistance on every visit. It feels great to know that I am in good hands when visiting this store. Thank YOU for ALL that you do!

When I asked about getting an estimate for replastering and equipment for a new pool, I was told to contact their service department. When I did, I spoke to someone in China, who had no clue about the equipment or what they were used for. They were not able to give me an estimate over the phone. They instead suggested that a service technician come to the home in order to give an accurate assessment. After I agreed to this, they wanted me to pay $150 for the technician to come to the home. I told them none of the other places that I spoke to had this fee, to which he promptly responded from his script, "Oh OK. Can I help you with anything else?" Would not recommend this company to anyone.

Manager Jake knows his stuff.I test the pool water w strips, but ince a week bring a sample in for Complete water testing. The computer analyzes my results and provides step by step instructions for water balancing.Nothing beats jumping into crystal clear water on a hot day, knowing all the chemistry is in balance.

Nick has been wonderful with telling me what to do and providing a treatment plan especially since I’ve had a challenge in balancing the pool. Nick is very knowledgeable and patient. He really knows a lot about pool systems and takes his time answering questions. I would say that Nick is definitely an asset to Leslie’s pool

Been going to this store for years and today was not the case. Nick I’m guessing the store manager that acting and look miserable like he hates his job was really unnecessarily rude. I’m guessing to show of in front of the girls that work there. Oh well will go to a different store and call corporate.
