We purchased a 2019 Ford Expedition from this dealer sight unseen. The transaction was smooth and quick. The sales representative, Mike, was awesome. He was responsive and always available despite our 3 hour time difference. They were more than accommodating throughout the whole sale!

John Kennedy sales is awesome. I bought 3 cars in the last 6 years and had a great expeience with a few different sales staff. If you are looking to buy I can recommend them but plan on going elsewhere for service. Service is where the issue is. You get two different experiences over the phone and in person. They make you wait weeks for appointments and tell you one thing over the phone then another thing when you go to actually drop off your car weeks later. In the past when my wife dropped of her car for an inspection, they called her and tried to tell her she need tires and brakes but I had meausred them the day before and knew they were fine. When I got on the phone and asked them what their measurements were, they said they did not have them in front of them and put me on hold. When they came back on the line, they told me actually the brakes and tires were fine. Very shady... Another time, we had a slow leak in one of our tires and they said they could not find anything wrong with it. They next day it was low again so I brought it back and they found a piece of metal or nail in the inside wall of the tire that they claimed had not been there the day before which to me makes it seem like they didn't actually look at it the first time. I have other issues I can name but definitely use them for service at your own risk!

This is the worst dealer ever. Waste of time. Spend a whole day talking to a salesman about trading in my explorer to lease a new one. He was supposed to get back to me next day never happened when called him he said he was too busy to deal with me. So I’ll go elsewhere. I’ll see if Chevy wants my money. Fords service center is the worst anyway. Saved myself some trouble.

We have had so many great experiences there! Most recently, we had an issue with an old car we were leasing from another dealership. Kennedy Ford worked with us and helped us get 2 new (used) cars and traded in our old ones. They were so patient and helpful. We are thrilled with our new cars and how everything worked out! Definitely go see these guys if you need anything. Chris and Nick were awesome on the floor and Bringham in Finance was equally as helpful with figuring out the finance options. Thanks guys!!!

I picked up my 2020 Ford Escape yesterday and as always everything went so smoothly. The staff at Kennedy of Feasterville truly cares about each and every customer. I especially want to thank Ciara Coia , John Hreczan and Bob Wagner for helping me with ending my expiring lease and setting me up with my new lease. Everything was explained perfectly to me and all my questions were answered. This is my third vehicle from Kennedy and it will certainly not be my last. Thanks again to everyone.

Just ordered my 5th vehicle, a 2019 Ranger, from Kennedy Ford in Feasterville. Always treated well by all their staff. Deals were always fairly negotiated. I go in with the understanding that they are not there to give vehicles away. Service Dept. always a big help with questions and minor issues in the past. These are key reasons for my 12+ years of loyalty.

My husband stoped by to look at Ford F-150 's. The gentleman at the Car lot was very kind,friendly and helpful. He suggested we go to the truck lot up the street. Which we did. When we got there a sales person was looking out the window at us from his office . We started to look around the lot not a single person came to talk to us. When we headed back to the building to see if anyone was there so we could test drive a few, the gentleman was gone and no one was in the show room. Needless to say we did not purchase a truck. We will be looking elsewhere.
