Manager was a lier! We bought Hyundai Elantra and their “smart” manager was no help. Promised one thing but as result when different result came he was no where to be found just hiding in his office and not moving his a$$ when we were there. This guy had no respect for costumers. Just another scammer. The salesman Tony was at least nice and helped us a lot with negotiation.

Five Stars as my experience was absolutely fantastic. I had lots of factory warranty stuff to get resolved. Dropped the car off on Thursday evening, and got a call at 11am Friday that everything was corrected and its ready to go…and no extra charges…Well done..

I bought my f150 and 2 mustangs from here. The employees are really nice. Mike in finance and Ed in service are both really good guys and are great at their jobs. I highly recommend this place if you're in the market for a ford.

Just picked up a CPO F150 from these guys. Tony was a perfect example of how a salesman should be. The truck is immaculate and they were fair with trade value and in all aspects of pricing. Highly recommend.

Ethan was my salesperson who did a really nice job on sales. He tried his best to save the time from me waiting for the paperwork and helped me with the car settings after sales. JFK definitely is a great place to go and trust!

I got a very nice three-year old truck that is like brand new. Tony and Stan were helpful , they were up front and there to help me. When I need another vehicle they will be the first place I will go to. I will definitely recommend them to anyone I know who is car shopping.

Usually when you buy a car/ new to me car at a dealership, the managers can sometimes be difficult and you feel like your in a fight. This is NOT THE CASE here. I originally traded in my f150 for another vehicle that had issues. Brought that other vehicle back the next day and without a blink of the eye they said no problem we will take it back. As we were there another manager saw another f150 on their lot. Well they gave us the best possible deal imaginable. They were not only patient with us in regards to towing weight questions,, but felt like their office was your office. It was like dealing with a friend to be honest and i have had many car deals and this is by far the best experience i have had with a car manager at any dealership. Thank you to the guys at John Kennedy Ford. returned a car without an issue and gave us a great deal on a different car. Professionalism,, patience, courtesy, and honestly it felt like we were dealing with friends.

John Kennedy Ford has my vote for honest quality, service and sales. Speaking with the General Manager Mark, on the phone one evening, I asked him if his sales force plays games, and he respectfully answered 'no'. He stands behind his sales force and as he promised me on the phone, his promise held true. My husband and I worked with the wonderful, honest and compassionate salesman, Tony. If you want an honest man who holds integrity as one of his highest values, you may want to consider asking for Tony. He made the whole test drive-sales-closing-the-deal a no nonsense transaction. John Kennedy Ford in Feasterville is a distance from our home but we will travel the extra miles to deal with this wonderful staff. Thank you for making what is typically a painful experience into a very pleasant experience. I highly recommend John Kennedy Ford of Feasterville.

Excellent service and salesmen Brian is super helpful!Edit: since the purchase of my vehicle I have returned for scheduled service with an appointment. I arrived 20 minutes prior to my appointment time to check in and speak to the service department lead, who was rude from the beginning when I asked him to clarify how my points/payment would work. Additionally, my car had still not been taken for service 30 minutes post my appointment time, and when asked, the service lead was again rude. This is incredibly disappointing as the sales team was and is great and I have Ford Rewards points to use, but won't be coming back for service anytime soon.

Bought my car here and continue to have it serviced here. Sales man was very helpful, didn't feel like he was trying to force me into a car. Had a car brought to this location from another Kennedy dealership. Service guys are great, keep you in the know about your car and the mechanics always do good work and return the car fixed the first time. I've sent 3 other people to buy cars here and they all have been completely satisfied with their purchases!

The worst customer centric service and buying experience in my life! Sr. Management rude and discourteous. You have choices out of the bazillion car dealerships out there, please don't make the same mistake I did...and by all means, stay away from Fords. Sold my Ford Explorer less than a year, purchased a Cadillac XT6!So here is my response! WOW. You never came to my home in Bethlehem, PA to pick up my Ford and leave a loaner, total lie. I brought mine back and you gave me a loaner, then I drove back to swap out again. It wasnt only for the camera, which I am aware of, but many other issues like the chipped windshield, the missing floor mats, and the lack of interior cleaning which looked like it wasnt touched in over a year. Your excuse was "we are struggling with new employees, sorry" As far as my demeaner in the showroom, I showed nothing but professionalism and politeness. It was the fact that your policy is that all communications go through the salesmen and no one would talk to me direct with additional questions which was disappointing. That came from your salesman, Sam, direct. Finally, don't forget the fact you watched me try and pull the side showroom doors open and enter the dealership while on crutches because you had no automatic doors. I almost fell, but managed. Your response is proof of the total lies to try and save face. Shame on you. Potential buyers, be warned.

If you are looking for a new vehicle look no further. I had the best experience ever. I ordered a very hard to get truck. When the truck arrived 562 days later (not dealer fault) there were no surprises at delivery no mark up over msrp just as promised. Other dealers marking up 5k or more when truck arrives with a take it or not attitude. Honored price when ordered. VERY VERY HAPPY.

Has a great experience with the sales person Josh and the finance manager Mike. They made the process easy and enjoyable especially since I came from 2 hours away. I have purchased 9 Ford vehicles in the last 20 years from a handful of Ford dealerships and this was one of the better experiences.

Recently had my F150 Platinum at John Kennedy Ford Feasterville.I could not be happier with the overall service I received from drop off to pick up. Vehicle needed to be there for 6 days to perform all the repairs that were covered under my Extended Service Contract. They made sure Ford paid for all the repairs. They even facilitated my getting a loaner for the full time at no charge to me. My contact was Calvin C. for the whole experience. He could not have been more informing, polite, or understanding of the inconvenience of being without my vehicle for so long. To sum up my experience in a word "AWESOME".Will recommend John Kennedy Feasterville to all who are thinking of purchasing a Ford in the future or need service on their vehicle.
