I worked with sales agent, Ron Haines on a Bronco custom order (took only three months btw) and I will say he was amazing.
He walked me through the entire process, answered every question, and saw the deal through the entire way.
I would recommend working with Ron any day of the week!

Ed in the service department was awesome. He kept me informed of all the work that was be done to my truck. Explained how the they found the issues and what worked need to be done to fix it and what was covered under warranty. I would recommend ED to all my family and friends

The experience at JFK Ford in Feasterville was exceptional. I got the car I was looking for at the price I wanted. I got a fair deal for my trade. The customer service at the dealership was amazing. You all have a customer for life.

I had a VERY pleasant car-buying experience at John Kennedy Ford of Feasterville! It was an absolute pleasure to have Ciara as my salesperson! She followed up with me multiple times before AND AFTER my purchase to make sure I was able to sync phone app with the car and to see if I had any questions that came up with the newer tech features. (Features that she had previously covered with me on our test drive, but can be overwhelming for a person coming from a 2015 Explorer.) She's very patient and thorough!
Everyone in showroom and finance department were also super friendly and helpful. GREAT experience!!!

5 Stars for Sam, Sales Consultant!! 0 Stars for Stan, General Manager
First, I’d like to commend my Sales Consultant, Sam Huhn. From start to finish, Sam was helpful, engaged, personable, knowledgeable and efficient. I’d also like to thank Nick Williams and Angelo Jones as they stepped in when I returned with an issue that needed to be addressed. They knew what was going on and displayed the empathy and desire to help (that one would expect to receive from individuals in the sales/service industry).
This said, I’d also like to express my extreme disappointment with the General Manager, Stan Stellmach, who engaged in conversation with another gentlemen, literally five feet away from me, never introducing himself or addressing my issue. As I waited for my vehicle for about 1.5 hours, it seems Stan never felt I was valuable enough to address in any manner. Since the Sales Consultants knew who I was and why I was waiting, one would have to assume Stan did as well. Anyway, great sales people, terrible impression left by management.

Truck was delivered to me at the ford dealership in Feasterville.
Outside was filthy and needed a good detail. I Asked to leave it at dealership so they could to get it Detailed for delivery. Management wanted truck sold and off the lot. Now I have to return to the dealership for a detail that should have been completed after the sale.
Yes I looked truck over and was assured truck would be 100% clean.
UPDATE: I took truck back to dealership on Monday 6/5 for a couple of minor repairs plus the detail.
I will tell you I am totally impressed with the detail and the service coordinator Ed.
Ed kept me informed everyday they had the truck. Truck was completely detailed to my satisfaction.
I thank Stan,Angelo,Ed for your commitment to customer service.

Great service from Bob and Tony. They both went out of their way to find a truck for us with all the extras and within our budget. We have always been satisfied with the care given to us by everyone we have dealt with at John Kennedy Feasterville.
