I purchased a new triathlon bike from Bob/Guys Bicycles online. He was so patient, helpful, and understanding throughout the whole transaction. I had a payment SNAFU on my end and a small packing issue, but it was quickly resolved and communication was kept open throughout the transaction! Definitely a 5-star experience! Thanks Bob!

I got a bike online for my daughters birthday. I didn't open it until the day before because I wanted to wait to put it together to surprise her. Turns out when I tried, for some reason I couldn't get the front wheel in. I took it to Guys Bikes this morning as a last hope. They were booked until Saturday for bike repairs and tuning. I wish I knew the guys name in the back with the cool beard but he heard about my daughter's birthday situation and figured he could probably help me out really quick. Turns out the front forks were bent during shipping but they were able to fix the issue and get the bike in good working order in about 15-20 min (where as I spent over an hour cursing trying to get it together myself in my garage). This guy was a life saver and I really appreciate all you did for me this morning. Great people work at Guys Bikes.

Stopped by on a rainy day to check them out. Staff was knowledgeable and super helpful. Definitely felt like more personal service than at a big name brand bike store.Will definitely ship there again

One of the best shops in the area. Very knowledgeable in diagnosing issues, and a very reasonable turnaround even during summer months. They did a great job for me installing a whole Di2 groupset on my road bike, and when I brought in my new FUEL EX that I purchased elsewhere for a checkup, they found a few issues which were covered by TREK and FOX warranties. Couldn’t be more pleased to deal with this shop!5 YEAR UPDATE: I have maintained my relationship with this shop all these years and they are not one of, but THE BEST bike shop around. I ended up bringing back my FUEL EX when it developed a crack, and they helped facilitate a warranty claim through TREK and built the new bike up for me. Additionally, I recently bought a road bike from them, and when it arrived there was a pretty apparent factory paint defect. I felt pretty awkward complaining about it since they had already built the bike, but they made it clear they also did not find this acceptable and quickly ordered me a total replacement bike which is perfect.Huge thanks to everyone here for being a staple in the cycling community and for everything they did for me personally over the years, I cannot recommend this shop enough!

I purchased my bike years ago from Guy’s. The staff and techs are top notch. They are my go to local bike shop. I’ve never been disappointed with any type of adjustments or repairs they’ve done. Check them out for yourself, they are the best!

Really helpful people. They took a look a my bike, cut the cables to fit, helped me find everything I needed to fix the brakes and chain on my bikes at no extra charge. The best experience ever

I had my first professional bike fitting done today for an upcoming triathlon, also a first.To begin I received 2 compliments on my bike before I even made it upstairs for the fitting ( she really isn't anything special but the kind words were appreciated) My experience today from a customer service standpoint was one of the most personal and professional consultations I've experienced in my life.Bob was excellent in not only making precise adjustments but giving a detailed lesson on why and how it relates to body mechanics and muscle effort .This is certainly not my first time at Guys I had a similar experience many years ago when Guys custom built my Cannondale Super V way back when in the late 1900's.Throughout the years I have purchased accessories and maintained my bikes at Guys and will continue to do my business there as well as recommending Guys to everyone I know ....Thanks again ?

Great bike shop. I got my first bike from guys when I was a kid. Employees are very knowledgeable and skilled at servicing my full suspension bikes. Very good customer service. I highly recommend

Hands down the best bike shop - period. My wife and I decided to get new bikes. This will be my third bike purchased at Guys over the last several decades. The knowledge of the staff and service is excellent. I have gone from carbon fiber upper end road bikes in my youth to now looking for hybrids and the attention to detail and time spent with us has not changed. I will go nowhere else.

Don’t normally post reviews but Guy’s deserves it! Best group around. From bike fitting, general adjustments & service, I can’t recommend them enough. Very knowledgeable and helpful all the way from a novice biker to competitive triathlete.

I have been to Guys several times and each visit was Excellent from the sales to the service staff. They go out of their way to explain and go over everything with you when going in for service and sales. I would highly recommend Guys bikes for any of your bicycle needs.
