Pleased that we chose "Good Deal" for our kitchen remodel project.From our initial meeting with Nic to the final touchups the "Good Deal" team was punctual, hard working, efficient and professional. The project was completed with a minimal amount of disruption to our family's routine. I will use "Good Deal" again and recommend them to anyone who is contemplating a kitchen remodel project.Services: Tile work installation

Planning - We called around to a bunch of places to get a quote on a bathroom remodel, everyone is so busy, just getting people on the phone was hard. I was able to get Good Deal on the phone with the first call. I've seen one review where they complained that GD quoted a price over the phone based on pictures. They did the same with me but I appreciated that. They know their business and what it typically costs and if they were going to come in at the same outrageous prices I had been getting, then there was no point to have them out to look at the job.Price - The price point they came in at was half the highest quote I had been given but not the lowest quote either but we didn't want to hire "a guy" who might or might not show up.Sales visit - They come out to the house and there were some add on's for extra stuff we wanted which is normal and most the add on''s were reasonably priced. Picking out our colors and fixtures is where I saw the biggest difference between GD & the higher priced companies I got quotes from. GD came in with no samples or even a book with what they offer. They advised us to just go to a store to look at the flooring/tiles, go to home depot to look at paint colors & we had to order our own vanity. Other companies are way more full service than GD was and as a result the project requires more effort and is more self service but to save 50%, it is worth it, especially if you already know the look you want, which we did.The job - They showed up when they said they would every time. They covered the floors and took care while going about their work and banged the job out in 4 days. On the first day, they were smart enough to open and look at the vanity we had ordered and found a crack in it. They pointed it out and suggested I return it and get a new a one, which is great because I may not have noticed it if they just installed it without saying anything.Overall - The bathroom looks great and every other quote I had gotten was for one piece walls in the shower (the plastic type) but with GD they included tile to the ceiling and they included painting, which other companies did not. So the overall value was tremendous.I'll reach out to them again after we save some money, to redo our kitchen next for sure.Services: Tile work installation

My family had an excellent experience working with this company. They remodeled our bathroom which was in terrible shape before they touched it. They are very knowledgeable, highly skilled, professional and diligent. I also felt their communication was great; they will maintain contact with you for the entire project ensuring every detail is to your liking. Finally, the project itself was very budget friendly despite the great amount of work I know these guys put into my home. Thank you again Bogdan, and Good Deal remodeling for doing such a terrific job on my home.

Good Deal remodeling did a fantastic job renovating our master and guest bathrooms!
We met Bogdan and Nicolae and immediately felt comfortable working with them. So much so that we signed the contract on the spot. They started the work the following week. After two week job, they exceeded our expectations. Their crew was very diligent and produces very high quality work with incredible attention to detail. They also cleaned up after each day and left our home spotless.
Was truly a 5 star experience and we are thankful to them for giving us such beautiful bathrooms!

I contacted over ten different contractors before finding good deal and it was the best decision I could have made. They were super accommodating and transparent throughout the remodeling process. They did not spring any hidden fees on me and the pricing was very reasonable. My bathroom needed a complete gut and remodel and my kitchen just needed new floors. They managed to finish both projects in just a few days without cutting any corners! They completely replaced everything in my bathroom and moved all my appliances in order to put down the kitchen flooring. They also showed up on time everyday and the owners made the time to come out and check on the project almost every day. I am so in love with my bathroom and kitchen because I was able to pick out all of the details myself and they helped bring my vision to life. I couldn’t recommend them more and I will be using them for all contracting jobs I may need in the future. Thank you!

Just know these guys delivered as promised and did an excellent job!! The initial consult went well, they came at the appointment time and understood what we needed! They said one week for a full gut job on our bathroom.. the guys arrived Monday morning and finished Friday afternoon. They worked diligently the entire time and made sure any and all debris was removed afterwards. We are soooo happy that we decided on their company and the cost was reasonable for the job! Don't hesitate to use their services... you will be completely satisfied!! We couldn't have asked for a better bathroom.

Good Deal Remodeling should be called the Absolute Most Wonderful and Fastest Remodeling since they did our kitchen in 3 days. First day they took our old cabinets and kitchen appliances, painted walls and put in wood flooring. Second day we had appliances delivered and installed minus the fridge. It will would have been done but pc Richards delivery guy wouldn't bring heavy fridge inside because they had no room due to the cabinets not hanging yet. Tomorrow will be day three and I'm sure it will be absolutely done. They work hard and fast but we had to take out all food products out and make sure the appliances are not on back order or that would delay the progress. Wow. My husband did well picking them from Angies List.

We could not be happier with our new kitchen! Nicolae, Bogdan, and their team did a wonderful job and were extremely fast, finishing the job in just 1.5 days. We live in a very old trinity rowhome in downtown Philly and were nervous about doing a major kitchen renovation but Nicolae & Bogdan helped make the process stress-free and it turned out beautifully!

The owners and their workers were very professional. It was very impressive that the owners showed up everyday to make sure everything was going according to our plan. I am very happy and grateful for the speedy but professional quality of work they did.They did a complete remodel of my bathroom in 4 days. I also wanted to mention that they cleaned up at the end of each day so I wasn't walking over their equipment in my hallway through the night. I hope that I stressed enough how satisfied I am with Good Deal Remodeling.I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs their bathroom remodeled.Services: Tile fitters

They did a great job on our bathroom. Pricing was fair and partners went through everything with us and were always available to answer questions and offer suggestions. Job was done professionally and on time. Workers were very courteous and took care to the rest of our house in order. They disposed of everything, all the old fixtures, and all debris and left the job in great shape. Excellent company.

One thing that my wife and I really care about are details. Finishing details speak volumes of the contractor. The little details of the trim, perfect lines between wall and ceiling painting, light dimmers, USB outlets are all icing on the cake to a job well done! This space has become our favorite space in the house. I highly recommend them!

First of all I am very thankful that this is a business who cares about its customers! They take your phone calls and if you don't get them and have to leave a message they call you back! Their communication is top notch, keeping you up-to-date and in the loop at every step of the way. One of the most impressive things about them is their speed of service! If you need the job done quickly and don't want to have to wait long for it to start, they are the ones to call! We had purchased a home and were under extremely tight timelines. We didn't want to move in completely and not have a remodeled kitchen. We called two or three other remodelers and no one was available. I'm actually glad now that they were not available because Nikolai and Bogdan met with us and in 24 hours had a full game plan for how the job would transpire. Within six business days of that initial meeting we had our dream kitchen!

We just had our hall and master bathrooms remodeled by Good Deal Remodeling and we are happy with the end result. Our hall shower was leaking through the ceiling into our dining room, so repairs needed to be made. Instead of just fixing one small section of an old bathroom, we decided it was time for a complete overhaul. We purchased most of the items we wanted installed, including a vanity, countertop/sink, medicine cabinet, towel bars, and lighting. Good Deal purchased the tile & grout we chose at Floor & Décor, paint colors we chose at Lowe’s and the tub & toilet they recommended. Our hall bathroom was gutted, the pipes were replaced, and the subfloor was partially replaced because it was damaged in some areas from the leak. They installed everything and made the bathroom look great. While two of them were finishing the hall bath one other on the crew began demoing the master bath, where they also had to replace some rotten subfloor due to a leak that apparently happen years before we owned the house. They spackled & painted sections of the walls in adjoining rooms were nail heads pushed through during demo and they spackled and painted the dining room ceiling, which was part of the work order. They were very professional from beginning to end, they were on time, completed the project in the 10 days they estimated, and we felt at ease having the guys in our home. Before they began demo on the first day, they covered our furniture with plastic and helped take some photos off the walls. They cleaned and swept up at the end of each day, disposed of the trash, and added cardboard to our recycling on trash day. A few things to note: these guys are not designers, when we said we didn’t want shades of gray, subway tile, and shaker style cabinets like everyone else, they recommended we spend time researching materials/fixtures/colors and choosing/purchasing what we wanted. Also, we had to clean up silicone where it was accidentally smeared on the floor tile and touch up a few spots on the walls where the paint coverage was light, but overall they did a nice job. We would recommend them for future projects. Thanks guys (Bogdan, Nick, Javier, and Robert) for a great job!!
