Very poor service. The people who work there are not helpful never explain after preparing the returns. Charge more and very rude behavior.

Have been getting my taxes done here since past two years. He only does very basic deductions on your W2 income. Doesn't ask you or walk through other possible deductions you can receive. I missed to claim a deduction on my last year's tax return and have been calling them/leaving vm's since 2 months. Never received a call back. Finally I tried to email them to schedule an appointment as I wanted to setup an LLC and they confirmed the appointment. I go at the time of appointment and the doors are locked and nobody is there. I waited for 20 mins and nobody showed up, called 5 times and left vm's but no answer. Emailed twice that i am waiting outside but haven't heard back yet and it's been about 24 hrs now. I don't think they care for new business or give a damn about customer service.Historically I have made appointments to get my taxes done and it still takes upto 90 mins wait to get taxes done (which are done in 5 mins).It is ok to make mistake but one thing i don't accept is lack of communication and customer service. So bye to this place for life

Very greedy accountant. Charged me $300 for three straight forward personal tax forms. It's better to ask him how much he is gonna charge before giving him documents.

I have never seen any CPA who will ignore you to this extent after he got your money. Screwed up my taxes 2 years ago and never returned my calls and tens of e-mails. May as well do your taxes on your own than going to this CPA.

When it comes to money matters, personalized service means a lot and I would much rather entrust my finances to someone I have met and can talk to on a regular basis than a big box store like H&R Block where you'll get the next available associate.
