This store does amazing work in a friendly, timely manner for a fair price. This is the only store I now go to for any type of framing, glass, backing etc as the work is simply...perfect. I don't want to put expectations too high but their artistry shows. From design (taking time to help design the framing of several pieces of sports memorabilia in one frame--her design was perfectly balanced with attention to detail and edges), to framing artwork (helping choose between thick gold or thin metal to accentuate the paint and time period), to reframing old photos, the work done is stunning and personal. The owner is caring and amiable, listens, and given the level of detail offered still manages to be efficient and reasonably price. They know their business and they do it exceptionally well. Today I needed glass and a place to put the wall hook for an older photo collage that fell from the wall. I hoped to get it in a week...she asked if I had 10 minutes to wait. She cut the glass, put in new backing and wired it...all in 10 minutes and for under $20. Amazing. Simply the best! Try it.. you will not be disappointed!!

I was looking for a place to frame military awards that were not the run of the mill frame shops and Eileen is the absolute best in the greater Philadelphia area bar nine hands down!!!! She has even done personal framing for pieces that hang in my home. She is extremely detailed and professional and is reasonably priced for the work performed. I will always choose her over any other business.

I hate to use the word never but in this case I will forever hold to that word! I will NEVER have anything framed, preserved anywhere else. Eileen does the best work on the pieces I give her, when others wouldn’t even attempt! Great advice and extra special care to all the memories I ask her to preserve! I have never been disappointed. Prices to frame for your special things are very reasonable and workmanship is excellent.So have no fear in taking your great-great grandmothers hand made gloves to be preserved, by the best, to be handed down for the future.

We are newlyweds. In our religion (Jewish), we sign a wedding contract known as a Ketubah. It is a religious work of art. Finding the frame, borders, and accents, as with all framable art, will make significant changes in how it presents. My husband and I went to four different businesses and of those, I felt that Frames Plus was a stand out!!! I am no artist, but Eileen truly is! However, she did not take over and make our Ketubah over in her own tastes, but rather, She listened and guided us to see how different frames, borders, and colors will represent our tastes. Eileen explained the differences in the options without confusing us with pushing what was expensive but not needed or wanted for our Ketubah. As a matter of fact, Eileen's invoice showed a price which was lower than a big box art store and still was more us than the boutique stores envisioned. I am enclosing a picture of our Ketubah to show how proud we are of this beautiful and tasteful piece which will be a treasured addition to our home.

I have easily had Eileen complete a dozen jobs for us over the past 15 years, some of which have multiple pieces within the job. Her work is impeccable, her ability to find the *perfect* frame and mat to best showcase your artwork is simply uncanny. She nails it every time. And as is so important with any business, the work is consistent. I just picked up 6 identical photo frames for a gallery wall for our center city home. They are so consistent that I wouldn't believe they were handmade if I didn't see the measurement ticks on the back of the matting. The icing on the cake is how lovely Eileen is. She gets to know her customers, their families, their stories, and she does not forget. She definitely has a customer for life.
