I recently purchased a preowned car from Faulkner Volvo. I had an amazing experience during my entire car-buying process. I found the staff to be immensely professional, cordial, knowledgeable and genuinely helpful. The best metric & parameter, in my mind, is how the dealership prioritizes & provides the after-sales customer service. Faulkner Volvo gets high grades for their super quality care during the entire process, the pre, during and post sale. The Service department does a superb job of keeping our 17 year old Volvo running well. They communicate any estimates for maintenance or repair up front so there are no surprises. They keep you informed throughout the repairs process and offer online scheduling. The waiting area and restrooms are even well maintained and spotless.
My spouse and I highly recommend this facility.

The most dysfunctional and detrimental Volvo dealership. DO NOT BUY HERE! The service manager has continuously refused to properly communicate. Also, they have refused to transfer or escalate the call to the General Manager, even though I had spoken with them earlier in the day. The Service Manager just told me to pick up a car that is unsafe to drive (thereby putting my life and everyone's life around me at severe risk), even though said manager refused to initially pick-up car due a severe safety risk. The fact that the dealership believes that the lives of its consumers are disposable is despicable.
This was my 6th Volvo purchase and the 1st from that dealership. NEVER AGAIN! Keep your loved ones safe and steer clear of Faulkner Volvo Trevose as they only care about ROI and not their consumers well being.
