We thought we might need to be happy with one or two options given how last minute it was. We were astonished at the variety of options and colors. My son left not only with a suit, but really happy with the fit and over all look. We will be back. It was nothing but a phenomenal, happy customer experience!”

Store is clean and organized. As a plus size woman, Old Navy is my favorite store for leggings and jeans! The leggings are so super soft and last forever.”

“Grace is terrific! I had to find a baby gift for a very good friend first granddaughter. I had little free time; I searched baby clothes near me, found Bambino’s World. I called and Grace was so kind and helpful, she made it an ease to select some unique beautiful outfits. She went out of her way to send me a few very good options. She not only saved me the time and pain of choosing the best outfits to make a loving impression; she made it a fun process. Then, she was able to ship the warm gift in one day to my delightful surprise. “Very organized place. Had a really good varity of clothes from new born to toddlers. Even have shoes, boots and a few toys to look thru. Also havr used couch, bassinet, highchair. We were able to get our 1 yr old grandson his winter clothes. Now we have to go back with other daughter to get those 2 grandsons winter attire. With price these days, we're all willing to buy 2nd hand clothes. The kids grow so fast that they don't wear them out.”

(Not a given nowdays!) the variety of sizes on the floor is very good! I needed to order an item in petite, and it was done easily and smoothly. They also offer hemming services! Overall a pleasant and satisfying shopping experience!”

All due to Morgan, an employee who really goes above and beyond. She is always so kind and helpful, everytime I have visited this location. “Lovely store. Have been going there for years! The service is always wonderful and helpful. They really know their floor stock good. Has the feel of a neighborhood store! You can go in, chat, enjoy yourself, and pick up some basics for your closet! Last few seasons i felt the clothes were a bit disconnected from reality… this season’s items seem to be much better! Reminiscent of old Gap. Quality pf fabrics are absolutely better the. Last few years.”

“The H&M at Franklin Mall is pretty spacious and well-organized. They sometimes have a really nice collection, especially during seasonal drops or sales. It’s worth stopping by if you’re already in the mall — you might find some great pieces!”
“I was there on Saturday 10/11 I had 2 pick up at store orders only 1 was located and the other was no where to be found but on the app and per the employee “Lee” it was at the store ready for pick up when I tell you this girl looked in the back couldn’t find it, I told her I would come back and she assured me that she was going to find it and she did! She was kind, and very reassuring and I appreciated that so shout out to her for find it on top of assessing the other customers there mind you it was in the ‘K’ Box she looked through every box every letter n that’s one of the best things I experienced at this store when her other coworker wasn’t to much of a help telling me I had to cancel my order because she couldn’t find it (laziness) I tell you”
“I love shopping at H&M! They carry a really nice selection of casual clothing that works great for both the office and everyday wear. This store can be a bit hit or miss — sometimes it’s super well-stocked, and other times not as much. But my last visit was a win! They had a lot of beautiful pieces in stock. The staff is somewhat friendly, not overly engaging but helpful when needed. Overall, a solid spot for trendy, affordable fashion.”
“We must have gone at a busy time because the security had to let us in the store. Once we walk in the store a bit, the line was wrapped but not as bad as I have seen. The inventory was stocked well. They had a lot of sports clothing and dress items for men. I was able to get some really nice male gifts. I also wanted a hanging fruit basket. They had many but not the kind I wanted to hang by the window.
I also returned a gift. Be aware that for the time being you can only return items you purchased at this location. The cashier stated they have not updated their system for returns from other stores.”
