I stopped in to try and get some broken windows replaced and they politely informed me that they couldn't handle my repair since my windows weren't their brand but researched a company that would and Set me up with them. They even showed me how my windows were built incorrectly and how the repair would be made. I suggest them for their customer service and honesty if you're in the market for new windows.”

“I'm seeing a lot of negative reviews for this store, but a lot also seem to be for contracting services and/or online issues. Can't attest to those, my own experience was an in-store typical customer purchasing an item and was blown away at the customer service. I had been shopping at Home Depot since they're a bit closer to my home than Lowe's, but HD's customer service has gone completely in the toilet - my last 3-4 visits I was met with incompetence (we all know there's a labor shortage, seems they hire anyone and give them a minimum of training before turning them loose) and downright rudeness. So I drove the extra mile to Lowe's. Looking up at the aisle numbers to try to find where I need to go to get my items, this employee "Brad" is zooming by me obviously on his way to do something when he saw me looking up, stopped, and asked if I needed any help. Told him what I was looking for, he said "follow me" and TOOK me to the aisles where what I was looking for was found - he didn't point, he personally took me there. With a smile asked if there was anything else. What a COMPLETE reversal from what I had experienced at Home Depot! So thanks, Brad, you just made for Lowe's a loyal customer! Cashier check-out experience was friendly, not as over-the-top as Brad was, but nice enough. Lowe's is now my go-to place, I'll drive the extra mile. Home Depot should send some people over to Lowe's to see how it's supposed to be done.”

“I'm pretty sure Lowe's was the first store I physically set foot inside since the Covid-19 pandemic took over in mid-March. Last weekend, I decided it was time to get my roofdeck summer-ready and I felt comfortable enough to visit the store while donning a mask and bringing my own Lysol wipes. This particular location has an exit only situation coming from the garden center, with entry taking place through the main doors. Everyone there including customers had masks on which was great. I didn't see any wipes available but I also didn't look super hard. I grabbed a cart from the parking lot so I could sweep through the outdoor plants by the curb before entering the store itself. The plants and flower selection was poppin' and I picked up a couple geraniums and a gorgeous yellow calla lily that I am hoping I can keep alive for as long as possible. I would definitely return to this Lowe's if I needed more home or garden supplies.”

He was so insightful and knowledgeable and aided us in picking out the best supplies for furniture painting. He even engaged with our children, which he did not have to. He gave service above and beyond! Will be back when he is working.”

“I was in search of 3 new exterior doors for my home. I went to the Malvern location and Warren happened to be working at that location that day but is typically based out of the Philly office. I had very specific criteria for the doors and previous sales people at Tague were unable to assist. Warren new what modifications could be made to the doors to meet my needs (matching wood brickmould for around the wooden front door, adding grids to two fiberglass doors in specific patterns). He was patient with my questions and requests and ultimately was able to help me specify and order the exact styles I desired and was extremely responsive. I can't say enough positive things about my experience with Warren. If you need to order doors, reach out to Warren.”
