I’ve taken several of my car parts to Chuck, Megan and the team at Bonehead, and things always turn out great! Not only do they do a great job on the coating itself, but they are aware of the areas that shouldn’t get coated. I’ve taken brake calipers, manifolds and valve covers in, and they always mask of the appropriate surfaces. Chuck has been extremely collaborative on two color applications and even text me progress photos over a weekend. I can’t recommend Bonehead enough.

Chuck and his crew are amazing! From the moment you enter the building, you are greeted with a smile from Megan and she attends to you and can help pick colors and answer any questions. It doesn’t matter how big or small the job you have. I’ve used Bonehead for not only my motorcycle, dirt bike, and BMW stuff, but HVAC grilles too! Every item is not sent out the door until it’s perfect! They can ship stuff too if you don’t want to drive to Trevose, Pa. Thanks to Chuck, I can be a “hoods-up” guy at the next cars-n-coffee! Cheers

These guys are the best around! Talk about attention to detail. They actually care. I’ve been using Bonehead for quite a few years & projects. The HD 1200s is immaculate, so I decided to do a pedal power & the compliments on the powder coat never stop. If you have a powder coat project, Bonehead is the place to get it done right! Being in the powersports industry, I've used several different refinishing and coating companies. I can tell a clear difference in the quality and care that Chuck and his staff put into their work. This isn't a commercial assembly line place that just bangs out as much work as possible, they take each individual piece and spend time on it. The durability is where it shines the most though, it lasts surprisingly longer than most factory finishes even in high friction and impact areas. Definitely recommended and especially for anyone doing restoration work!
