This is not my closest AutoZone but I go out of my way to visit this location when I need parts. Always clean, organized, stocked and friendly. I may have given 5 stars if (not all but a majority of) employees were a bit more familiar with automobiles....

Third time this week I’ve came here to drop used oil off and was refused due to shipments conveniently blocking their oil tank.
I purchase everything car related from them (brakes/ rotors to light bulbs) although advanced has been in my neighborhood forever.
I now have lost all respect for auto zone. I will be doing all my business at their local competitor.
I’m at this location so much that the employees complain of people leaving their used oil out front and dumping it in their trash can. I’m not that type,but I now see why that happens. If I buy my oil from you I expect you to take the used oil back.

Since they cleaned out all their staff and don't even have a manager on payroll, I can't update my number to my business account and it's been a hassle to deal with them.
Every visit is minimal staff and it takes about 45 minutes with two customers.
Advance is right up the street on Bustleton and it's in and out AND order d parts show up on time.

Bought a jumpstart to charge my battery, the wire didn’t work, came back to replace it and they are saying that they can’t give me a replacement because I used this one. How can I use a wire that doesn’t work??? Now I’m stock on the road with a broken car and a wire that is not working, stupid people work here no common sense???

Very poor. Parts ordered on 3/7. Supposed to come in on 3/8. Till today, parts did not arrive. No follow up or courses call back. I had called twice a day and got no help

Service sucked. Showed the attendant the exact model of the item I needed, still gave me the wrong parts. Irritated me immensely.

I tried to return duralast gold brakes which has a warranty and the night manager refused to accept them. He said he couldn't return them because the chip on the brakes was from wear and tear. Which was a lie. The next day I took the same brakes to another auto zone and they had no problem returning them and didn't understand why the other store didn't return them.I love auto zone but the staff in this store always give you a hard time.

Ordered an "emergency" plastic coolant reservoir for my Audi...plastic tube that extended from reservoir to coolant hose disintegrated & I was leavin' a trail wherever I went. Put order in and order was waiting for me @ the counter when I walked into the Autozone store! The only thing that could have been better would be if they gave it to me for free.Well, guess what? That did NOT happen. But all in all, it was a rather pleasant experience. Check 'em out - hopefully you'll have as good an experience as I did.

Staff seemed uninterested in helping my spouse at the Feasterville storeHad been to Auto Zone in Fairless Hills with the opposite experience in the Summer that is what influenced my visit to an auto zone.
