“11/12/22 since I had a great experience the first time I came here I took my wife's truck in for a state state inspection and was once again in and out within an hour. I can't express enough how grateful I am for Mike and his gang. Very respectful and even checked my oil because I didn't have a sticker on the windshield since they stopped giving them with your oil filters but now I used to trip to track it. You can't go wrong with this inspection station.10/29/22 First time there today I was surprised I was able to get an appointment when I called yesterday. Took about an hour but was in and out quickly. The staff was very friendly. This is an advance inspection station so they know their stuff. This will be my new go to station.”

“Schuch Family Auto was GREAT! I went in for my 2020 Jeep Wrangler for a dead battery. Every other shop said I would need to replace the main and the auxillary batteries and both are expensive. They actually checked and it turned out only the main battery was dead. Their honesty saved me hundreds of dollars! I never want my car to have issues, but if it does I'm going back here!”

“I went into Colonial Nissan in August 2024 just to look at new cars. I had a pre-approval and car in mind, which made the process incredibly easy. I met with Fred, who was incredibly helpful and kind. It was a total 180 from other dealerships, where I have felt taken advantage of or being treated differently being a woman buying a car without a man there to prevent predatory practices. Fred answered ALL of my questions and didn't make me feel stupid for asking them. They provided me with a full car fax before signing paperwork, a coupon for a free tank of gas, and so much more. After I spoke about my last awful experience buying a car, Fred made sure I had an extended warranty and other protected to make me feel confident in my purchase.
After I signed all the paperwork, I drove home to only receive a call that evening asking if I could come in the next day to redo the paperwork - they actually got me a lower interest rate. He was super apologetic, despite me needing to go back to hand in my title. Also- what other dealership would want to redo work on their end just so I could have a lower rate - especially since it does not impact them whatsoever. When I got there, I noticed a discrepancy on the paperwork in the mileage, that I had not noticed earlier. They had me sign the paperwork to lock my rate in, but I was going to need to redo the paperwork again.
I was totally understanding (mistakes happen and it just looked like it was a typo) and they went above and beyond to make sure that I felt satisfied. I got the paperwork a third time (this time to my email), still with the wrong mileage. It took a few hours to get it corrected, but the forth times a charm! The financial department even sent me Target gift cards for my hassle.
So far, I love my car, but it has only been a week or so. As a customer service trainer myself, I value good service and kind people. I already know that my next car will come from Colonial Nissan because you don't get customer service like this from ANYONE these days, especially a car dealership.”
“I purchased my Escalade from another dealer about 9 months ago. I have since had it in for service to Faulkner 3 times for different reasons. I am absolutely Blown away by the service provided by Dean Danas! Since the first visit I have been able to communicate with him through the first text message thread to schedule additional appointments, ask questions etc. He has excellent communication while your vehicle is in, takes time to answer questions and make sure you understand everything and pricing is very fair. My family has an automotive shop and he was able to get me tires cheaper than I was able to get with our shop's discount. He has gone above and beyond. I cannot recommend Dean enough. It's nice to receive this type of service after purchasing a vehicle like that. Kudos to Dean & Faulkner!”
