“I need to write this review with honesty. I hit my Tesla Model Y while backing up in the passenger side rear side. It needed dent and paint work. I got the quote from several Tesla approved Collision centers and the quote was PRICEy. Most of them wanted to change the tailgate and the truck door where the actual dent was there. I showed the car to Mike team and they called me after 2 weeks for service. Believe it or not, the quote was much cheaper and they said attempt to fix the dent without replacing it. Mike took exactly a week time to fix the car. They are very much expert in fixing dent and technically sound. Now the car looks like new and no one can recognize the where the dent was. I highly highly recommend if you have any problem in Tesla. They not only expert in body work but also in tire rotation and other services. If you want to fix your car with much cheaper price, my recommendation goes to CARSTAR, Feasterville-Trevose.”

“Really impressed by this place. I had some damage on my rear bumper and the part just above the bumper. Dropped my car for repair here. Expected to take 1.5 week to maybe 2 weeks. But they finished the job in 5 business days time. Even had the car cleaned and vacuumed inside as well. They also had an arrangement with the local Enterprise, so they were able to pick me up to get my rental car for the time being. Overall Caliber Collision has been great ✔️”

Also known now. If you are not keeping the WIFI. Don't turn it off if you like Android Auto or Carlpay. By turning off the vehicles WIFI you disable Wireless Android Auto.

“I purchased my Escalade from another dealer about 9 months ago. I have since had it in for service to Faulkner 3 times for different reasons. I am absolutely Blown away by the service provided by Dean Danas! Since the first visit I have been able to communicate with him through the first text message thread to schedule additional appointments, ask questions etc. He has excellent communication while your vehicle is in, takes time to answer questions and make sure you understand everything and pricing is very fair. My family has an automotive shop and he was able to get me tires cheaper than I was able to get with our shop's discount. He has gone above and beyond. I cannot recommend Dean enough. It's nice to receive this type of service after purchasing a vehicle like that. Kudos to Dean & Faulkner!”

“Their local competitor won’t take the used oil I purchased from them. There’s always something conveniently “blocking” their oil tank. 3 visits over the course of a week I couldn’t drop off my used motor oil. That is after purchasing everything from them from brake to lights bulbs. Oh and including the oil for my oil change
Skip ahead after the 3rd time I was refused I came to advanced walked in extremely friendly people took me right to the tank dumped my oil and purchased air fresheners as a “thank you” and you’ve gained a loyal consumer. I don’t want to say this but I can’t wait til I need something else….
