let me state - i use the credit union for the rates on some of their products. i definitely would not not be used for a daily, their customer service is terrible. i was in for a getting copies of a statement and it turned into an hour. they also issued me a credit card (replacement) because it appeared on my monthly statement. yet I had never had a credit card with them. then when they gave me the card, they gave me temporary password. (never mentioned that it was only good for 2 hrs!) thus when i tried to log in to my account the next day, NO ACCESS. thus I had to spend more time with an on-line chat.not very happy with their customer service.next they have now sent me a debit card, no password is on it and no phone # to call to get one set up.definitely not user friendly!
