I have a 2016 Honda pilot that was overheating. I thought it needed antifreeze but didn’t know where to put it. I went inside and told them what was happening, and Louis behind the counter was a godsend! He was able to help me locate my reservoir. He helped me pick out the correct antifreeze and he helped me pour it in. I was really lost without his help. I feel like he went absolutely above and beyond to help me and I will come back again and again. I am so very grateful for his help and advice. Luis was awesome! Thanks for saving the day!

I was there on a Friday afternoon. The 2 workers were acting unprofessional. They were being loud , laughing and discussing what a few shops were purchasing. The things they were saying left no doubt in my mind that they knew very little about cars. They never did ask if they could assist me during the 10 minutes I wandered through the nearly empty store.Prices are very high.I won't return to that store.

Went there on July 24th at 7:00 to compare a part that we thought was wrong, told the part we needed and was extremely rude to us, he called us an F-ing idiot twice and swore out loud while he was getting the part. We asked if he for the size up and he just goes “I don’t know” completely ignoring us. There are other parts stores and we spent 1000s of dollars here and that was completely unacceptable. This guy should be fired.

Visited again just now. Dealt with Alex. He was professional and helpful.I needed a new rear wiper; something I can easily do. Long story short, I was using the wrong adapter bc I was being a dummy at the time. Alex was more than willing to come out in the rain to solve the problem.Again, I simply was not using the correct adapter so that's on me. Alex didn't hesitate to jump to rescue from myself.

So I bought a thing of snow foam and it cost $20 I had like $5 on my card and $15 in Apple Pay, so I payed using my card first which took off the $5 then proceeded to use my Apple Pay which would have finished the transaction, my Apple Pay was approved and took off the rest of the cost, I then however saw on their computer that I still owed $15, so what did I just spend my Apple Pay on because it’s gone… as a result I spent a little time arguing with some dude named Jason who was very douchey to me, when I finally got tired of asking him to give me my money back I ended up leaving the store and not buying anything and losing $20, I then went home and gathered all the change I could find like 300 Pennies and the rest in nickels dimes and quarters, when I came back they didn’t believe I had enough for the snow foam, so I said count it, they became very passive aggressive ☺️ so after spending roughly ten minutes counting change I walked out with a nice bottle of snow foam.Maybe Jason should re learn the register and get his attitude straight, so he doesn’t have to spend 10 minutes counting $20 worth of charge ☺️.I walked out of that store feeling good ☺️☺️

The guy at the front desk tried to help me, but another guy who was walking behind him would not let the front desk guy speak. Think it was the store manager. I needed help with testing a car battery I bought from advance auto and perhaps recharge it if it is good condition (which would mean the alt is the issue). The guy who I think is the store manager yelled that the testing equipment is not working since last 9 months. Then I asked if they can charge the battery, again he yelled the charger is out of order since last 6 months and they are back ordered. Seemed like nothing was working or they claimed not working. It definitely showed that this person is what was not working.
