Owner knows all about cars and has all the right tools and big enough shop to get it all done. However, the owner doesn't have a staff and is physically disabled making it nearly impossible to keep up with his work load. He had my car there for 8 months I was super super patient and understanding during this time. My overall impression of him is he is a good knowledgeable mechanic, a family man, just in a bad situation right now and biting off more than he can chew. He was very unprofessional because he wasnt returning calls or text messages and went wayyy over the time he said it would take. I had to rent a vehicle and drive over an hour to his shop to tow my car out. I arrived during business hours listed on the door and no one was there. So I sat outside and waited. I saw my car on his lot but it was blocked in by 2 others. So my friend suggested I call the police because we weren't leaving without my car. So the police were called, however the owner Yuri arrived 5 minutes before the officer did. I went over the situation with the officer and Yuri complied and gave me my car back immediately. I saw several cars in his bay garage and several in the yard. I wondered how long everyone else had been waiting for their cars to be fixed. Recommend for small repairs like oil changes and tune-up until the shop is staffed properly.

Just had some service performed on my 14 Focus St. They did great work and performed above expectation! The owner does a great job working with you as well as explaining what may be going on in thorough detail. Work was performed in a timely matter!I will be returning!!

A Line did impecable work on my car and had it back to me quickly. I had the necessary work completed but also received a few recommendations without pressure to commit. A week later I did go back to have wo items taken care and had the same great service at a reasonable price. Hard to find good, prompt honest service so we'll stick with A Line....big time beats the chain auto shops. Never sure you're not being over charged or if they're hawking unneeded service..
