They were paid to do an enhanced vehicle inspection for the state. Few weeks later the brakes started acting very odd. Took to another shop and they found missing hardware on the front brakes and completely rusted bad rotors on tht front and the back. They didn't get this way in less than 500 miles and a few weeks. Enhanced inspection is more detail that a regular inspection and cost $180. They need there license taken away! Mr. Robinson agreed to return money and not refuses because the truth was told about him. Well let the PSP take care of him and his worthless grandchildren that work for him.

Awesome company! We broke down on vacation hundreds of miles from home. After many calls to other businesses that did not have enough manpower to accommodate us, Robinson's came to the rescue. From the phone personnel to the mechanic to the tow truck driver, all were extremely helpful and professional. They got us back on the road and safely home without breaking the bank. Thank you all so much for an excellent experience while I was losing my mind.

I had my car towed here by AAA when my alternator gave out. I was worried because I was new to the area and miles away from my old mechanic. I felt like the final price was fair, and they didn't try to upsell me on anything. For these reasons, I'll definitely be back in the future.

I can’t say enough good things about this team. Broke down on the side of I-81 400 miles from home with another 400 miles to go on my trip. Blew a transmission line on my truck which spilled on the exhaust and started a FIRE!Fortunately, I had extinguishers to put it out but the truck suffered various damage.I never thought in a million years that I would be back on the road that day but the mechanic Eric worked side by side with me to get my trans line fixed, and repair a burnt through gas line from the fire (yea, I got really lucky it didn't explode). Within 3hrs or so I was back on the road and made it to my destination. Absolute 10/10 service, I am so thankful I stumbled upon Robinson’s.

They towed my car from an accident that was 5 miles from their shop. They charged me $450 for the tow and then $50 for each day it sat on their lot. If you are looking for a tow, go somewhere else. Highway robbery at this place.
