Purchased tires online with a program that is supposed to send tires to a local shop to you that participates with them. I paid for tires and installation. I called the shop after receiving email that tires were at shop to schedule. Was told he didn't know why he works with the program for online sales. He couldn't do the installation because of my car being a german brand. He was going on vacation that day, so he left my tires in a location I could pick up after hours. I took the tires to a new shop had no issues. Called online but they said they couldn't refund me the installation cost. I work long hours and have a rotating schedule so I purchase online frequently. I don't recommend them for good customer service at all. He sounded annoyed with me, but he participates in the program.

Great service. They can fix anything and they take a personal interest in your needs. Inspections, tires, general auto repair, brakes, suspension, code checks...pretty much everything. We use them for all our vehicles.
