Guy at the drive thru window for the pharmacy side had a bad attitude, then he proceeded to tell me that my 1 year olds medicine was not there at the location. I gave him his full name and he even asked for my son’s birthdate. Then I even spelled out my kids last name and still told me no. So not only I wasted my gas and time I now have to drive all the way back and pick up the medication after I had called the pharmacy and they said it was there. That guy should definitely fix his attitude for one and do his job a lot better because no one should have to go through this especially if your kid is sick. I hope upper management sees this and hold him accountable. Definitely would not recommend this location

I don’t think I have written a bad review yet, but this one deserves zero stars. The pharmacy is what makes this place so ridiculous. Never helpful. Takes forever to get scripts filled. Even if they’re eyedrops that are already packaged in a box. Very slow. We thought we’d use them for our prescriptions because of proximity to work but have finally decided to drive further for better service. We’ve talked to other friends and coworkers and all agree that the service there is unacceptable and have switched pharmacies too. I’d recommended others to do the same.

Worst service there. Called before I went and was told prescriptions were ready. I got there and went through the drive thru and the girl said there was nothing there and to check downtown Sharon. Drove down there, nothing there. Called Farrell rite aid again and was told they were in fact there. Drove back there on icy roads. No apology! She just handed me my prescriptions and walked away! This isn’t the first time I got terrible service there. I would not recommend this pharmacy to my worst enemy!

The young hun who worked the window today was a breath of fresh air. He was kind and cheerful and sweet. I think the staff there are wonderful especially during a rough year.
