Nearby activities: The new owners have done a lot to spruce up the area - with amenities, family oriented activities, and entertainment !
Safety: Its nice to see the "Security Patrol" has added meaning to the safety of its campers and their guests.
Food and drinks: Have a variety of snacks and drinks available at the Campstore, to include those daily food products that campers can purchase to restock their cupboards.
Noteworthy details: At GVC "Everyone is Family"

I have been in this campground for a few years now. New owners have bought this place two years ago. The campground had been neglected for years prior. The new owners have cleaned this place up by removing old abandoned campers and removing dead trees. They have made many major improvements here including new electrical services , water and sewer lines and leveling camping spots. They have also built a new camp store, laundry house, rest rooms and play areas for the kids. There is always something to do with the activities schedule. I know the hard working owners and manager will continue to make this campground one of the best around.

We have a seasonal at this campground. It’s clean and the manager Trina and staff are wonderful! It is quiet and kid friendly. You can also book overnight and enjoy weekend events. We had an issue with our camper and Ernie was so helpful!! Contact Frank for seasonal sites. He will answer all your question/ concerns. They are not as over priced here either like others around the lake. Oh and we have security 24/7!!! ?

If you’re looking for a place to stay near Prince Gallitzin State Park, this is the place to stay! There are so many improvements throughout the campground with more being made. It’s a very clean and family friendly atmosphere! The new managers- Trina and Rick are outstanding! They’re very well organized, friendly and helpful with everything! They do an excellent job managing the campground and organizing events throughout.

The staff and management of this campground are excellent. Trina and her staff did a great job of helping me as a first time Rv owner get my camper setup. The campground has new showers and restrooms that are cleaned constantly. I have a permanent site and the campground is surrounded by state games lands and less then a mile from Lake Glendale. The store is convenient and the people working there are very helpful. The campground is family friendly and very quiet.

My family has had such an amazing experience with the staff at this campground!! When looking for a new site we wanted a nice quiet area, we got just that our site is amazing and we plan to make this our home away from home!!

We are seasonal campers, spending the majority of the season in our fifth-wheel. Our fellow campers are friendly,and it's a great place to enjoy God's creation. An extra benefit is the pet friendliness of the campground. In some campgrounds finding a pet friendly site was difficult.Overall it is a peaceful , stress free environment.

I’m a seasonal camper and they have improved the campground 100 percent in the 2 years that they’ve taken over. Added events like bands, crafts for the kids, Christmas in July, Trunk or Treat, Pig Roast, etc. Looking forward to many more years of camping here.

I’m a snowbird and live here 6 months out of the year. The staff is so friendly and the campground is getting much needed upgrades that’s essential. Trina the manager is making it a prettier place because of all the plants and extras she has added. I would definitely recommend this campground to everyone who wants to stay in a friendly quiet atmosphere. Love it here!!!!!!!!

So after looking at Camp spot and RV Life for a month now I called and they DID have spots available! I was relieved since we had to move from Crooked Run and the spot we were supposed to have there wasn't even big enough for our truck let alone a 42 ft RV! The lady in the office at Glendale was more than accommodating as were the rest of the staff. We anticipated being there until Monday however we have been called to Florida for Hurricane Disaster relief with the United Cajun Navy and are leaving tonight. Love this place and will be back.

As we near the end of the season, we have only good things to say. The staff goes above and beyond with the service they provide. Shout out to Ike for his level of service. Trina, the manager strives to make everyone welcome and happy. The owners are making much needed improvements to the grounds. We are seasonal campers and enjoy the peace and beauty of the area. Would love to see a dog park in the future. The place is definitely fur baby friendly ?.
