“Was recommended by large car dealer in Waterford. Stopped by and got a quote to repair rust on both quarter panels and surface rust on bottom of doors. Shop was clean and organized, very professional. Scheduled a date and dropped off van. They cut-out the rust in quarter panels and welded in new metal, primed and painted. Sanded surface rust and painted. VERY happy with the workmanship. Price was competitive and fair. Understand that NO body shop in Erie County will give a guarantee on rust repairs. Our weather, and winters, are TOO harsh. Orsini does GOOD work!!!”

“Honestly I traded a 2022 Hyundai sonata for an 08 suburban beautiful condition and chuck gave me 2000$ on top, unfortunately the truck broke down in 2 days of having it but I had rushed it out of the door without having chuck thoroughly check it, the starter goes out, I call flipping a tangent and overreacting chuck and his guys not only covered the tow but fixed the issue for free the same day, then the following day the truck starter goes out again...I called again snapping and raging, well here they go paying for the tow again and fixing the issue for free, truly haven't had necessarily a HORRIBLE experience more or less I overreacted and chuck and his guys did a great job repairing my suv!”
