“Being new to the area, I was pretty nervous to find a reliable shop to take my car when a deer ran into my vehicle, causing a decent amount of damage. Initially I called the location in Erie, Pa but the gentleman who answered the phone was extremely professional and kind enough to tell me he would recommend me calling the Fairview location since they were booked a month out. I really appreciated this, since I know any shop could have gladly accepted my vehicle knowing I would be paying an arm and leg for a rental for over a month. The Fairview location was also incredible. They kept me routinely updated and each time I called with a question the staff was extremely nice and had wonderful customer service! I highly recommend Bonnell's Collision to anyone who finds themselves in need of a body shop.”

“We blew a tire on I-90; thank God we were okay and the car wasn’t damaged. After the most annoying call with the insurance company, the state trooper ended up just calling Eagle Auto to tow us. Got there in only half an hour, towed us to the nearest tire shop, and even called ahead to the shop so we could get a tire ASAP. Nice people, amazing service. Thank you for helping us out!”

“I went to Gerber Collision to get some scrapes and dents repaired after a small accident and I appreciated how I was kept in the loop with everything. The person doing the estimations for damage was very informative and called me when there was more damage found once the back piece of the car was removed. It was hard to see some of the damage until stuff was removed. Everyday I was given a text update about my car and the process and I even got my car back a day earlier than expected! My car looks great! The staff were incredible and super respectful!”

In college I had stopped at a Monroe Brake and Auto because my windshield wiper stoped working during a snowstorm and that’s was the first place I passed and they had told me it was a motor issue and I’d have to replace it all for $300, I couldn’t do that so I drove a little further to Pacileos because my brother had told me to stop there and it was just a fuse that they replaced right then and there for nothing.
