I literally have nothing bad to say about this place. Extremely professional, clean and some of the nicest people you will ever meet. Crystal chopped my hair so I could donate and I am more than obsessed with the outcome. Me, my fiancé and child all go there for hair cuts we won’t go anywhere else

So I went to Taj Mahair Salon today. I asked for blonde hair. I had explained previously to Julia, my hairdresser that my hair pulls brassy tones. I also explained that the last place charged me $180 plus $30 tip& my head still had 3 different colors. So when I get there at tge salon today I had requested a price of no more than $120. I was supposed to be cheaper cause they didn't use toner, did 1 color treatment then added that color to the ends. Ended up 3 colors anyway!! Was $135 cause she charged me for hair cut & style when she said that was included!! Julia did not pull the color to the ends underneath in the back of my head, I said I didn't like it, she did it again but still didn't take to ends!! Then made this big speech on how she should have charged me more!! I said I didn't like the dark underneath but she & Crystal the owner didn't care. I just called to see if they would fix it. Julia said she called her bods & although Julia took full responsibility for the screw up TWICE @6 hours of my time & $150 of my money...they wont be fixing it for free!!! So let me tell you their so unprofessional!! The place is in like the town slums. THE PLACE IS DIRTY! 2 DOGS STAY IN THE SALON ALL DAY WITH CUSTOMERS & STAFF FALLING OVER THEM!! The dogs toys are everywhere!! While the owner Crystal was regetting a pedi, she was told her dog threw up , was eating it.....she didn't even respond!! I almost vomited!!! They make up prices in their heads cause they refuse to put up a price sheet. The pedicure receptical is DISGUSTING!!! Avoid this nasty place!!

I don't know what that Lorretta Bennet women is talking about to be honest. This place is fantastic. Everyone that works at the salon is very skilled in what they do and they are the most polite and friendly people you can have cut your hair. Lorretta must be on something.
