Things have changed a lot in the 30 years I have been banking at this location. It has been Wells Fargo for a very long time now. The old staff and manager were definitely 5 stars.
The only person from the old crew that I saw today is a wonderful, knowledgeable, cheerful, etc. person who was Sandra. I did eventually get most of my questions answered, but I miss Stew.

Great experience. Manager is very polite and attentive. I was a walk in customer without appointment wanting to open a new account. They scheduled an appointment for 2 hours later as all their advisors were attending to customers. I sat at the waiting lobby and 25 mins later the manager told me that a customer finished early and they were more than happy to assist me.
If we could be a little bit more understanding of the banking process and patient, there are no bad services and experience at this bank location.

I drove past going home from shopping. It's a busy establishment. The drive thru was updated with extra safety barriers. It's clean and landscaping is kept up.

The service at Wells Fargo in Fairless Hills is severely lacking. I walked into their lobby and there were no customers at all. All of the offices were empty. I walked over to the teller to ask if there was a manager on duty. A gentleman appeared from behind the teller and asked if I needed any assistance. I told him I did and briefly explained my question. It was simple and probably would have taken all but ten minutes to resolve. He told me he had an appointment with a customer at four (20 minutes from then) and then asked if I wanted to make an appointment for the next day. I have another account at Republic Bank right down the block from Wells Fargo. They are the best. They go out of their way and treat you very well every time you go. What a difference. Needless to say my account and my wife's account that's left at Wells Fargo is going to be transferred to Republic.

Teller manager decided to put an extended hold on a check without asking any clarifying questions. Took the check to another location that deposited with no hold. Dude was on a power trip

I won't be going to this wells fargo ever again. on 03/12/2021 at about 1:45pm. I was in the drive thru to cash a check, and was told to come inside while other customers in the drive thru was helped. I don't know if I was being profiled or what. As I went inside I was charged a 7.50 fee to cash my check from planet fitness that had wells fargo as the bank on the check. Claiming it was a business check. The clerk kept talking about joining with them but I had issues with wells fargo in the past so that would of been a no go. The wells fargo in trenton do not charge non customers any fees, just as long the check is from their bank they'll cash it. So thanks alot wells fargo on oxford valley road for giving me a hard time. I won't be recommending you to any of my peers and I will not be rejoining in the future.

I contacted their toll free number and the local branch about identity theft and got a very underwhelming response. I called the local bank for an appointment over a week ago. Someone took my info and said they would get back to me. Didn't happen. Now they want to raise their fees. I think it's time for a new bank.

I love Wells Fargo, and I love the customer service from the tellers especially from this one teller named Melonie, she’s super polite, friendly, and pretty . She’s honestly a delight. And makes my experience at Wells Fargo a good one.

I opened 4 accounts in 2014. They closed all 4 and opened 4 more without my knowledge. July 1, 2019 I deposit $22,000 in 2 checks that never showed up in my account. I call the customer service line and am told on July 7, 2019 that there's been no deposit and there's nothing showing for my deposit even though I HAVE THE RECEIPT! HOW DARE YOU PEOPLE COMMIT FRAUD AND THEFT BY DECEPTION! ANOTHER LAWSUIT TO BE FILED AGAINST YOU TOMORROW!!!!
