Excellent experience. Came in on the fly to consider a new phone plan. I explained exactly what I was looking for and gave my price range for the best possible phone and service package I could walk away with. Paul was the one who helped me and he made it super simple and pleasant. If I asked him a specific kinda of question, he knew the answer to it. Jackson was also helpful and personable and was a pleasure! Really nice guys and pretty awesome experience overall. Walked out with a Samsung 24 Plus and the monthly plan is perfect.

Lakota was great in helping me to upgrade my phone . He was a great representative for Verizon. Patient, excellent and explained everything. I wouldn’t go anywhere else and Lakota deserves accolades for all his expertise , knowledge and customer service .

Duffy was AMAZING with helping us switch from our previous carrier. He sat with us for well over an hour from start to finish, found all the perks and discounts we were eligible for. Paul also helped us tremendously as well. We would have been lost without these guys today (especially dealing with my old carrier). Definitely coming here for all our cellular needs!

Got a new phone.... the rep gave me all the details and walked me through everything... even called me a few days later to see if I liked the phone and was having any problems with it... I also pay my phone bill there!!! Great place!!!

I transferred 3 lines from t mobile and added a line under promotional deal that was apparently a complete lie. I was told bill would be high first month but it would then go down. It never went down. It actually just went up again apparently as insurance cost was raised. Now we are locked into a deal that is twice the bill I was paying before we walked into the store. Apparently I should have spoke to Josh, because I worked with a Peter and he really took us for a ride. Very disappointed and would not recommend. I will wait for this contract to end and never go near Verizon again.

I was in the store on 4/5 and the sales staff is wonderful! I needed to activate a phone that was shipped to me. They were very helpful! I am just shocked on the wood stools they give paying customers to sit on! Just tells you how much Verizon doesn’t care about there customer right from the time you sit down! I was so uncomfortable in those chairs, I looked around and so was everyone else! Everybody shifting in there seat and standing! I will take my business somewhere else! Oh did I mention the sales people have the same wood stools to sit on! So they don’t care about customers being comfortable or employees! Verizon you sure have changed! Good luck keeping business!

Phone not charging stopped at V. Josh got the phone back up and explained it was a port problem. As we talked he showed new plan etc.. but I liked our plan so he took me through getting anew phone then helped me insure all the phones on the plan. I am very pleased with the service I got today and want to thank Josh in particular for his patience with this boomer

I ported four lines over from AT&T and it was a nightmare. I had asked the Verizon representative a number of questions about the process and the responses turned out to be uninformed and just wrong. I understand he is not an AT&T rep, but he should have just told me to confirm with AT&T before I did the transfer, rather than giving me misinformation. The representative said we could port over two phones electronically that were not in the area. It didn't work. The holders wound up having to go to their local Verizon stores to make the change happen. I asked if there were fees for the movement of the accounts and was told no. The first bill I received had $35 PER LINE activation fees. I asked if my employee discount, which I had had for years, would apply, and he said yes. And, in fact it doesn't because of changes to the plan. When I called the store to ask about the bill, I was told I had to call customer service. I don't often leave reviews, but this was just too bad of an experience.
