“I'd honestly give it a strong 3.5 but 4 suffices. I recently bought a 2021 Nissan Versa in December. I had been looking for a replacement car ASAP and got sent this car and thought it was too good to be true for the price. Went to the dealership, car needed new tires BAD, tire alignment and a new key fob battery, but honestly it was in good condition especially considering sitting on a lot throughout the winter. We had purchased this car without reading the reviews, so after purchase I was extra skeptical and observant for any issues and also took any promises they made to us about fixing the car before inspection/giving it to us seriously. They promised new tires and a replacement battery in the key fob. About 3 months later, I love my car. However, I am frequently getting a tire pressure light for the same tire. Hard to tell if it's a leak in the tire, or if it's still reacting from the winter, as I know I am not the only one getting this issue with their car. Also, for the longest my car wouldn't react to the key fob until you pressed it a numerous amount of times, so it's safe to assume they never replaced the battery because once I DID, the car would react instantly and still does, so that's something they dropped the ball on because if it was replaced, they replaced it with an awful battery. I don't normally feel the need to review any place but after reading this place's reviews, I felt it was necessary for people with plans for any future car purchases since there were so many negative ones. I feel as though I got lucky but also they might've tightened up customer service and their practice because at the end of the day, I love my car.”
