Idk what happened to the customer service industry. I placed an online order today and came in to pick it up. I approached the woman at the counter and told her i was here to pick up an online order. After not responding to me and literally just blinking at me for a minute as if I’m an actual idiot she responds “well. Did you not get an email.” And i showed her the email and after that she changed her attitude to SLIGHTLY approachable. I go to ulta for all my skin, makeup, and hair products, and i probably won’t return to this store again. I dont know why this was such an off putting encounter for simply trying to pick up an online order. Do better with your hiring process, this is why people buy online and don’t go in store anymore.

There is a large variety of products like hair and skincare. The staff were very nice and helpful. Everything is well organized and clean.

I like the store employees there they are helpfull but I gave this review for TAVIA. When you live in this world and provide advice don't let it be with harsh tone. No need.

I felt racially targeted at this location. I was asked 4 or 5 times if I needed anything and I felt as if I was being watched. I ultimately ended up looking for skincare products at TJMAXX

I witnessed an employee treat a hispanic male customer poorly. The man was asking for a gift card day before Mother's day and the female staff kept saying I don't understand do you want to get a Spanish person to help you. It was humiliating to see but the man was clear enough that many understood him. I will never shop at that ULTA again. Maybe Ulta needs to retrain their employees on sensitivity to all nationalities. Sad to see in a business that people of all colors shop. Unsure if I really want to shop at any ULTA store

I just love John S. He is so talented and one of the best in the business in my opinion. Thank you for years of hair (and makeup) greatness!!!

Despite my long-standing patronage at this location, I've decided to switch to the Princeton branch for my Ulta visits. The staff here often display rudeness and inconvenience towards customers, with Ashley, recognizable by her fried, rainbow bleached hair, standing out as the worst offender. Her consistently unprofessional behavior, coupled with a condescending tone, diminishes the welcoming atmosphere of the store. Urgent attention is needed from management to address these issues and ensure a more pleasant experience for all customers.

I asked the skincare specialist there on March 29th for help finding a vegan skincare product for a gift for someone. She lead me to a goat milk brand, and upon questioning her further if this product was vegan, she said, “Vegans don’t mind if a product has goat milk because the goat is the most similar mammal to a human and this is very good for their skin.” And proceeded to spray that brand’s product on my face. This was unacceptable. If someone had an allergy or religious reason for not wanting animal products in their purchases, this would be a huge problem. I will not be returning.

Waited around at pick up counter. They ignore you.. literally 3 women at the counter and 2 on the floor. I got " yeah you just have to wait there, someone will help you". Winded up leaving and canceling my order.

I went the store to buy some perfume and lip oil. Initially, I was greeted by the cashier that was really sweet. My daughter and I walked past a pregnant worker there and she almost bumped me without saying excuse me. I just let it go and kept walking. Then my daughter and I walked back to the perfume and started smelling the testers. The same pregnant worker came back there and started looking at us (acting as if she was putting stuff away). My daughter noticed her and said “mom, et’s just go to another store.” I said “no, I’m going to stand right here.” She finally left. Then my daughter asked to please leave again, and on our way out, we walked past her as she was greeting another customer. There’s other Ulta Beauty stores out there. I’m just hoping that I don’t encounter another person like her. This was the Ulta Beauty in Langhorne, PA.

these employees are rude to you for no reason? especially when asking nicely for assistance like the door is there if you don’t want to work here. It’s ironic how it’s always the cakey foundation girls that give the attitude like okay Ms Crunch Bar.

The store itself is well stocked and neatly organized. I am compelled to write this review based on an observation of a salesperson recommending Drunk Elephant products for the young daughter (age 11) of a customer; specifically she indicated that the B-Goldi drops were a popular product and would be a smart purchase. These drops contain niacinamide and are entirely inappropriate for children. Moreover, the Drunk Elephant company has a safety warning, urging against retinol and acid use for children. Each product this salesperson recommended contained these ingredients. The inappropriate use of anti-aging skincare products among children is quickly becoming a national epidemic. Ulta, please do better! It's time to discourage your salespeople from promoting skincare products that are harmful to young people.

3 stars because the floor associate and the manager (Kyle)was amazing to me in-store and on the phone. Cashier Damaris was rude and made me feel very unwelcome in the store.

My shopping experience was not the best. Honestly I felt like after telling the cashier that I did not want to provide her with a phone number she continued to press the issue and badger me into providing a phone number from relatives. When I finally stated that I would not provide a phone number, her demeanor and tone in her voice changed, and stated that if I needed to return the item, I would need to provide ID. I felt as if the cashier Jennifer was very passive aggressive. Ulta beauty has been known in the past and still in treating patrons differently based on skin color. Older reviews from other patrons prove that. This location needs a course in racial diversity the entire team.
