The guys at this PepBoys are genuinely knowledgeable, polite, and kind. Scott was the one who helped me, from checking my car in for inspection to checking out. He came over, explained in the simplest terms that my break pads were getting dangerously worn (a replacement I knew was coming already). He explained what could happen if I didn't replace them very soon, and how much that damage would cost.
Not just that, but he helped find a coupon for me when I mentioned finances were tight.
I'll keep coming back to this PepBoys as long as they keep the same guys. They also did my tire rotation and oil change the other month, and that was also great.”

“This place is awesome!! Ended up here after Mavis told me it would be a three hour wait and I'm so glad it worked out that way! The prices are more reasonable and they had me in and out in an hour. The waiting room is big and clean and there is even a small room filled with stuff for kids to play. Everyone here is so nice and has helped explain everything to make sure I'm getting what I need without being oversold. Customer for life!”
