The teller was upset because I was asking questions about MY MONEY that I deposited and still wasn't in my account 4 days later. She's kept saying OH MY GOD, sweetie I prefer to be called Stephanie but fix your attitude because you work with the public and their money.

Management at this branch should really get it in gear. Way too many times the atm doesn’t accept cash deposits and lots of times one of the atms is out of order. Aren’t these maintained regularly?

Very very slow stuff, they work like sloths. Expect atleast 90 mins in waiting and opening an account.

Recently misplaced my debit card and went quickly before they closed for the night. The staff was so eager and willing to help me even though I held them up for closing. CHERYL was hands down the best and couldn’t have received better service if you tried. Highly recommend, keep up the great work!

Worst banking experience of my life, they have like one person working both areas, so I waited 20 minutes to be told to wait longer at customer when I could have been done already if they told me that in beginning (no signs any where about different areas) and still currently waiting at 30 minutes so far, legit about to close my account a much much smaller citizens bank is much more useful, I'm legit about to close my account

Their ATM's often malfunction. My son went in with a friend who has an account and tried checking his balance. He inserted his card, the ATM immediately shutdown, rebooted several times and kept his card! I tried calling to get it back but even though they can run a report to show it malfunctioned, they have cameras in the ATM area that shows there was a problem and we can provide ID they will not have the ATM service get the card back. Once it's taken it's gone! Even though it is an issue with the ATM. Now we have to wait several weeks for a new card because their machine malfunctioned! That doesn't help my son who now has no access to his money until the card comes. They were very polite in telling me there's no way to get a card back. Do better TD Bank. Change ATM services to be more customer friendly than counter productive! It only makes your business look bad.

I had a horrible experience with this bank. People here don't seem to know what they are doing. My mistake was to trust their words and waited. My money got stuck in an ATM machine along with my card. They replaced my card but not my money. The lady in there told me I have to wait for 2 weeks for my money that was stuck in the machine to show in my account will guess what nothing happened. I was being patient with them, show up again in the office and told them my circumstances. This time they told me I had to wait 5 days. 5 days had gone and then nothing happened. Told me I had to come back again. Now I don't have time for this ...I just wish they know what they are doing and not give people false promises..my time, gas and effort has been wasted..I've told them to check cctv so this issue will be resolved..but they said they don't have access for that...like for real???..I'm really super upset!!!

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I have had my account for years with this bank and the customer service in this branch is the worst. I went to open a new business savings account and SHANTELL GRIFFITH was supposed to help me but NO, she made everything complicated and was asking for paperwork that I didn't need it until one of her colleagues stood up and told her that I had everything I need it (I spent more than an hour at the bank) I ask her to Link account to the online business and she said she did it but it never happened. I ask her for the account number and she gave me a wrong number. Now I need to pay late fees to IRS and penalties for giving them the wrong info that she gave me. ( I never received any paperwork for the new account, she just wrote the account number) I Will be closing all my accounts in this bank.

Have had a bank account for 2years with TD Bank. And every month I have to go to the bank to get a check. In which I have a checking account. Still NO CHECKS? I am just not happy about it.
