I got my eyebrows waxed here 7/26 as I didn’t have an appointment booked for my regular lady next door and I was in a rush. The lady who did them was rushing through the wax and was ripping the strips straight up in a fast manner. Additionally she was using the same exact stick to apply the wax and dip back into the pot which is not hygienic. I have since broken out extremely bad in the waxed area - which has never happened to me before. I’d also like to add there was so much noticeable hair left she didn’t bother to tweeze or clean up. As an esthetician myself I would never recommend this place to anyone. Save yourself the trouble and go to aroma

I was going here for a little while bc I liked the way they did my pedicure but the lady unfortunately became sick , other than her the others are extremely rude , my last visit I got a pedicure and eyebrows which was $40 they ran my card for $114 and than laughed like it was a joke and said I made a mistake I’m going give you a gift card , i do not want a gift card refund me the difference on my card she didn’t like I said that and told me next time you have to bring cash . I won’t be visiting here again they are rude and classless and have terrible customer service

If I could give this place below 1 star I would. Do not EVER waste your time going to this establishment. I went in for a gel POLISH CHANGE. They removed my dip and put on a new gel color... mind you for this they charged me $37. I did not get a manicure, as I needed to be in and out. Within THREE DAYS I had 7 nails completely off. Not just peeled, completely come off. The women was globbing top coat on. When I went in when they opened on that following Wednesday, to have them repaired, they told me no and that it was my fault. I've never had gel nails pop off so quickly. The refusal to fix them is what really did it for me. I've been to a lot of nail places in my life and I would never ever recommend this place to anyone.

Worst nail experience of my life. They are insanely thick and the guy was cutting me and hurting me the whole time, an hour in he wasn’t even half way through. 45 dollars for this!!!!

Lordddd, I wish I read the reviews before coming here. Came here earlier today with my boyfriend around 4:05pm for a pedicure and a full set. They sat me down for my pedicure, which was great. As time went on me and my boyfriend noticed that they started acting a little weirder than before (I’ll get to that part in a second) and started rushing. As the one lady started to quickly, and I mean QUICKLY, finish up my pedicure, another lady started my full set while I was still in the chair getting my pedicure. My boyfriend noticed that they closed at 5 pm. The lady that was doing my pedicure literally rushed me to the manicure station as the other lady began to finish up my full set. The lady who was going my pedicure was literally reaching to the door bc it was almost 5pm. The lady finishing my full set rushed my nails and my nails shows it. They look terrible my nails do not have the appropriate size tops on them, the acrylic is not leveled and they are crooked. My thumbs are noticeably shorter than the rest of my fingers. That lady rushed my full set to the point where she had a ball of acrylic stuck on her finger and as she tried to pull it off, her finger began bleeding. Didn’t get any gloves or even tried to wrap it up, she continued doing my nails which made me highly upset when I realized it.I am a person of color so when me and my boyfriend (who is also a person of color) came in to the salon they were giving us funny looks the entire time we were there which made me uncomfortable. When the lady was finishing up my full set, it was after 5pm so me and my boyfriend were the only people left in the salon along with the lady doing my nails and some gift in the back viciously staring me and my boyfriend down as if we were going to do something.Besides my nails looking absolutely horrible, the stares and the unprofessionalism was the straw that broke the camels back. I don’t understand why you would acceptable a mani/pedi job knowing that you were closing soon. Just greedy for a dollar. They do not have to EVER worry about seeing my face or my boyfriend’s money ever again in life. Don’t go here!

I came to Rose’s Nails to get a spa pedicure as I do each month. I usually request Van (one of the owners). I called and asked if I could schedule an appointment with her. They said she had a 11:00 appt scheduled already and that I could come at 1 pm. I said I don’t want to wait that long I’ll come now and anyone can do it. I got here and Van’s client was late. At 11:30 Van started my pedicure and the woman showed up at 11:45. Van said sorry, got up, and went over to do her clients nails. There was nobody else available to even finish me right away. I waited atleast 20 minutes before someone else finished up and came to pick up where Van left off. The client is now done and gone and I’m still sitting here drying my toes. I should have been here an hour tops. It’s going on 2 hours. They charged me the full price of $40 on top of this horrible service. I never had a problem here. I will not spend my money here anymore. You have to earn my business and unfortunately they have not!Service: Pedicure

Vinny at Rose nails… my mom received a gift-card last summer (late august 2021). Her husband was very sick and immunocompromised. She was his full time caretaker so she could not use it in order to to keep herself safe in result him safe from natural germs. You would not accept her gift-card today that JUST expired. For your information, we just came off a global pandemic so you really should be more accommodating for newly expired giftcards.Don’t go to Rose Nails if you want to deal with a manager that has compassion and understandable customer service.Service: Pedicure

Done waste your money! I got a pedicure and thank God it was cheap because it was barely even worth what I paid. There was no massage at all and they have a bogus rule that on Sundays they only except cash.

I've been coming to the salon for years. I am absolutely appalled at the nail job that I got today. The nail tech did not follow my instructions I was burned multiple times on my fingers despite me asking her to be gentle. My nails are not what I wanted and now I'm going to have to find another salon to fix them. I asked for thin and natural looking nails and now I have thick chunky disgusting nails. This isn't the early 2000's. I'd give them zero stars if I could.
